Pizza Hut

Ordered and paid for a pizza online and got an email confirmation saying it would be delivered an hour and a half later (which I thought was way too long for pizza but whatever, we decided to wait.). The pizza never came, and no one could help me since by the time we called the store was closed. I’ve never heard of a company just not delivering an order that was paid for, with no support for he customer. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I called and spoke to an employee named Destiny and she gave me nothing but an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself she said I don’t have time for her someone else deal with this and passed the phone to another young man. I order from here all the time and I’m disgusted with the the ratchet mess they hire. I will never spend my money here again until they hire a better staff.

I like the 7 alarm pizza. It’s amazing. I don’t care much about their regular pizzas. I’m less than 3 miles away and no delivery so only gets 2 stars for that.

It’s late on a Friday. I am sure (I think his name was Kevin) working pretty much alone was tired and probably just wanted to go home. But the kid could not have been any nicer on the phone and in person. He was beyond helpful and greeted me by name as I came in the door. He even asked how my 4^th of July weekend was. I was blown away by how courteous the young man was. If I owned a business — he is the kind of person I would like to represent my company. Oh. And the pizza was really good too.

What makes this store stand out is the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

No place to sit but you can order online and it’s ready to pick up by the time you get there. As for the food… It’s pizza hut. Not 5 star cuisine, but some days you just want greasy, cheesy, carb loaded food that sort of makes your insides crawl, right?

Sucks this is my 1^st review on here but had to write it as the only reviews are from 2+yrs ago. They were always so reliable for timely good pizza. Just like the one down the street used to before it shut down. Months ago pizzas came under cooked and soggy. 3 wks ago I was brought the wrong order. 2 wks ago I called to order delivery and was told they had NO specials. Like not one, so I cancelled. 1 wk ago I called to order and was told they were out of dough, so I cancelled. Tonight I called to order (a Monday night) and was told delivery would take 2+hours, so I cancelled. A place that only delivers within 5 or so miles from it would take over 2 hours. On a Monday night. Kills me to bash them as I love Pizza hut and have dealt with them in this town forever, but they’re falling apart as the one down the street did. Better off picking up from another location. Worst part is its not even a restaurant, all they have to manage is pick up and delivery. Apparently they cant even do that. Go elsewhere. Dominos is cheaper and taking over anyway. What a shame

Always friendly, fast, clean. Delivery people are always nice, everyone here is great. And honestly, they make some darn good wings! The boneless wings are SO GOOD. I like the thin crust pizza as well.

Decent little Pizza Hut location. I’ll give it a 3 because I just can’t rate a pizza chain much higher than that, but they’re good over here. There is one young man in particular who is especially kind and caring with your order. It makes a difference. No dining here, but you don’t go to any Pizza Hut and hope for a tremendous dining experience anyway. They are pretty quick with making the food. I haven’t had any orders messed up. This is also a Wing Street so they do tons of different styles of wings although they’re expensive unless its 50 cent wing Wednesday. If you like Pizza Hut, this is a good one to get your pizza from.
