I am so upset with this place! I have been going here for two months and had a great experience. Right before Christmas I brought my Nordstrom jacket to get dry cleaned. When I dropped it off it was in ideal condition as I had only had it for a few weeks. When I got it out, I came home and there was a tag that stated it was damaged when I dropped it off. I took the jacket off the hanger and looked it over only to find the liner torn to shreds! Not a small rip but a large, top to bottom, tear! I was (and still am) furious! There was no damage at drop off and if they want to claim that it was damaged then they need to review the item at time of drop off and point it out, NOT wait until I pick it up to leave me a note a basically making a claim that it wasn’t their fault. I AM FURIOUS and WILL NOT be returning!

Nice job on everything except there are frequently broken collar buttons on my husbands shirts, even brand new shirts fresh out of the store. For this I can’t give them 5 stars.
