Hands down the best doughnuts in Flower Mound. We have been coming to Southern Maid for years and it’s always great food and excellent service.

Of all the donut places, and there are many, in FloMo this place is my favorite. The staff is always extraordinarily friendly and the donuts are superb. If you have not tried Southern Made Donuts get over there ASAP and give them a try. DELICIOUS!

We ate here around 9:00 a.m. a few weeks ago and the donuts didn’t seem very fresh and flavorful. Usually, we love Southern Maid donuts, so perhaps it was an «off» day.

Best donuts I’ve ever had. Employees are all extremely friendly and extremely good at hooking you up with some extra donuts! Been going to this donut shop since I was in elementary school. It was family tradition after church. And then after we stopped going to church we kept the tradition of donuts and we would ALWAYS come here. Great selection, great price. Best donuts ever. Hands down. Better than Sara’s donuts any day. (Sorry, not sorry)

This place is right down the street from my parents house so my mom picks up breakfast from here on weekends! I’m not a huge donut fan, but they have amazing pigs in a blanket! I can eat 10 of those! Their sausages have little bits of cheese in them and they just make the perfect bite! The employees will sometimes give you a couple free donut holes with your order.
I would have to say I do not like the name «Southern Maid.» It’s 2015…

Great donuts. They make fresh throughout the day. Notice Dunkin’ Donuts which opened recently. Did side by side comparison and it wasn’t even close. Southern Maid donuts were softer and had chewy texture. Dunkin’ Donuts were heavier and chalky texture more like cupcakes. Definitely, like the batter of Southern Maid Donuts more in a donut.

Delicious, fresh, southern made donuts. Very friendly service. The line was a bit long and the customers themselves were annoying, but mainly because they have a larger variety of donuts to select from.

Fresh fresh fresh! Got a cinnamon roll off the rack and it was still warm with that «just fried» softness inside. So good.
Have to try a filled donut. They fill them as you order with what you want inside. Choice of six or so fillings. Wonderful and again, fresh.
Individual donuts are $ 1.10 but I paid less than $ 10 for a mixed dozen plus my cinnamon (or sin o man as i think of it) roll. I consider that a bargain, especially when they sprinkle a few donut holes on top gratis.

Deliciousness! I love donuts and the donuts at this Southern Maid Donuts location are the best! They’re so fresh and tasty, definitely way above average. It’s the customer service that seals the deal though. The new lady owner who helps you is so nice and gracious. She’ll go out of her way to make sure you’re happy and you’ll leave with a smile on your face and a box full of tasty treats.
I’d definitely recommend this Southern Maid Donuts. Even if it’s a lil outta your way, it’s worth it!
