I’m not sure what this company has been up to lately because they have really gone out of their way to give customers something they are not used to at other places customer service. I have yet to run into a single person at this store who isn’t polite and seems like they honestly WANT to help. It’s nice to be able to go into a store that sells many items that I have no clue as to what they are or how to use them and have someone there who listens to me and understands what needs to be done. I like the fact that many of the employees are older and experienced in more areas than just running a cash register. It’s very clear that the store takes the time to teach their staff skills that they may not have known before getting hired. I really enjoy going into the Home Depot. Every store I’ve been in the past year or so has really become very customer focused and it’s great!

needed some pad lock keys made, Lowes was inattentive and unable to accommodate. Simple pad lock keys seem to be a bit much to for some hardware store, yet easy for others… go figure. Thanks Home Depot, your associates are awesome!

I must amend my previous review. After my husband chatted with the store manager, we got put on a priority list and after someone cancelled an installation, we were notified they could come out tomorrow!(4 days early). They also gave us a store credit since the price in-store had dropped on the product. Awesome! Home Depot, you have restored my faith in your customer service. Thank you!

This Home Depot location is kinda hidden. If you are not looking for it you will pass right by it. Im there every few weeks picking up odds and ends. They usually always have what i am looking for and the checkout line is usually empty so you get out fast.

While I’ve not always been able to find the exact product I need I’ve always gotten great customer service here. I’ve always gotten help finding at least the right aisle. And if they don’t have what I need for a project the staff tells me where to go to find it. Yes, it’s annoying to have to go to two stores to get parts but they’re so nice I have to give THD kudos for that.

Interesting experience with customer service, or lack thereof, at this Home Depot. I was looking for adhesive that would instantly stick the manufactured stone to hardy board and I wandered into the area with the stone. A employee offered to help me and I described my application and he wanted me to nail a board at the bottom because, according to him, there isn’t a adhesive that bonds the stone in place without it falling. I told him that it wouldn’t be possible because there isn’t a place to attach the board since it is an outdoor grill. He evidently didn’t understand and told me that my gill look like shit and he walked off. Well, I did find some glue that worked as I had wanted, so he was wrong and no it looks quite well. I, in no way was I argumentative, I simply tried to explain that it was feasible and that I believe there was an adhesive that would work. I guess Home Depot doesn’t care what kind of person they have helping their customers. I for one will not darken their door unless it is the last resort and I will drive out of my way to go another location. If you visit this store and a short middle aged Hispanic man offers to help look for someone else.

This is a Home Depot. They sell things for your home. It’s probably cleaner than your average Home Depot with better lighting, and the people work here seem extra friendly and knowledgeable – which is not a guarantee at most Home Depots these days. I remember going into one years ago in college and telling a guy«hey, we need help making a beer funnel.» And he hooked us right up. Now sometimes I have to follow a person around a store for 10 minutes to find something. But not at this location. These people were on top of stuff. Way to be, Flower Mound Home Depot employees!

Paid $ 2,200 for two 40 gallon water heaters from Home Depot/Olshan Plumbing. After 20 minutes, hot water runs out! Home Depot’s reply even with a written contract guarantee? Sorry. My reply?
