Perfect for gaming, staff were very helpful. Came with a couple of friends on late night and was able to effectively utilize all the computers available here for the ultimate gaming experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a chill time without having to spend too much money. Five stars

Went here last night and the place was very nice. There was AC, tons of snacks, drinks and many computers available for use. It was fairly clean, when I sat down at my computer, there were snacks and drinks left by the last guy but one of the employees came buy and cleaned it up and apologized after about half an hour. There are bathrooms available for both men and women(you need a key to use the women’s bathroom). Pool tables can also be found in the back, the felt did not look great but it’s still an optional that’ s available to patrons. The games that are available include CounterStrike, LoL, WoW, HoN, Dragon Nest, Left4Dead 2, Portal, Starcraft, etc. Although my headset worked, my boyfriend’s did not. The reason why I’m knocking off two stars is because we were mislead about the prices. We called before coming over and the guy said that it was .90 cents an hour. Upon arriving, the guy charged us $ 4 each for an hour and when we told them how we just called asking about the rates, they said it was membership price. Seriously, what the heck? If we’re calling about rates, we’re mostly likely going to be first time patrons who are not members of your establishment. It was very off putting since now we had to spend over 4 times as much but whatever, I was able to blow off that steam by playing some FPS. If you want to know, membership price is $ 10. Not very keen on going back because of the whole business with the price quote but it was a nice clean internet café.

This place is pretty bad. I came here for a lan type even with a group of people who wanted to play starcraft 2. The corsair keyboards keys were spread out. Although, cool looking was not fun to play on. Most players play on a standard mechanical keyboard, no? The mouse was literally smaller than the size of an actual mouse and had no mouse pad. It was a joke and impossible to play a fast paced RTS on. The headsets were cheap peices of junk. I’ve seriously had better headsets come with a walkman I bought 10 years ago. Half of the place is non-functioning. The computers ran okay I guess. This place gets 1 star for having games on the computers and 1 more star for being open I guess in the hopes that it will one day improve… dramatically. Upon, that day I will find it reasonable to go there with a group of people rather than playing at home on my custom high performance rig. It’s a shame because there are definitely groups of people in the NYC area that are desperately looking for places to LAN. This was in 2012 by the way.

Here I am with another internet café review! It’s all because of Diablo 3 that I’ve been on a PC bang hunt all summer, and I was glad to see Cybercraft back in biz. Here is finally NOT your typically Chinese-owned Internet Café where it’s dirty, smelly, and smokey — BUT all of this loveliness come at a price, yes. For $ 1.50 an hour at the Chinese places, you get your game on with a smelly, rowdy crowd with shotty keyboards and chairs. Here at Cybercraft for double that price(more, if you’re non-member) you get clean gamer keyboards, gaming mouse, gaming headsets, comfy chairs, and while we were there — a nice mellow crowd of non-Chinese gamers(seriously, guys, what’s IN that rice that make y’all scream like you’re dying in real life?!). Chinese gamers need to calm the fudge down –_– It is a clean environment and there’s even console gaming if you put down your ID and go thru some kinda registration thingy. Bottom line, this will be the best quality internet café you see in Flushing. Second, if you have the $ to be playing OUTSIDE of the house, then hopefully you can get over the pricing. Otherwise, you pay $ 1.50 with Chinese gibberish surround sound, and you’ll find me sanitizing everything before I play and covering my nose the whole time. Happy gaming!

Happened to stop in last night after previously walking by and seeing the new establishment. Inside was clean and bright with a solid selection of drinks and snacks. Manager came right up and answered all my questions about rates, types of equipment available and games offered(some of my questions were downright stupid in retrospect but he was nice enough to bear with me). Conclusion — The rates seem more than reasonable and the environment is light yet focused so you can enjoy some serious gaming or relaxed browsing. I look forward to going back very soon!

New computers, new layout, and a new look for the new cybercraft. Computers are fast and efficient, and come with top notch gaming mouses and keyboards. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lively with many gamers enjoying their games. Membership is recommended as $ 10 can buy 5 dollars(a fair price compared to the competition). All in all, the new cybercraft has a well-welcomed facelift and has the quality that the previous cyber was missing.
