HORRIBLE! Had 4 arrangements done for my father’s funeral, they told me it would have to be paid in full the day before the funeral which it was $ 1225 cash. Now a month later I get a bill in the mail saying I have to pay the full amount as if I never paid… Seriously you delivered $ 1225 worth of flowers with nothing but the name I gave you & an address you didn’t even verify. SURE sounds reasonable. Anyway lucky for me I kept the receipt. Nobody should have to deal with a BS hassle especially under the circumstances. Take your business elsewhere & avoid problems!

I’d like to recommend this business in the strongest possible way. I just used them to provide flowers for my Fathers funeral. The flowers were extraordinary. They were appropriate for the occasion but far beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a funeral setting. We ordered three pieces and we had very specific requests. They managed to meet every requirement, stay in my price range and perfectly coordinate the three pieces to compliment each orher. Actually i was amazed at the number and variety of flowes provided given my budget. They brought beauty into a very sad room.

It was my worst decision ever purchasing flowers here. I am not the first customer that felt that way and I will not be the last. I truly feel that I was scammed. Instead of receiving the bouquet AS SHOWN, I was given $ 49.95 worth of flowers chosen by the shop. At no time prior to making my payment was I informed that I could be given «similar» flowers rather than the flowers that I had chosen. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was treated like a non-valued customer. I can only say that the staff is not professional rather impatient and did not make my experience a pleasant one.

Came here to get a graduation bouquet last year. Worst idea ever. The bouquet I purchased looked like ones you’d present to a mourning family or grieving widow at a funeral.
This florist is tailored to memorial arrangements, not for gift giving by any means. In hindsight, I should have assumed so as they are situated across a cemetery. But with a name like «Flowers byPeter» with a greenhouse at the ready, I’d assume better quality and variety to be had. Also, their prices are ridiculous. Better off going to the florist on Utopia and Northern Boulevard for a better deal.

We stopped at Flowers by Peter right outside of the Flushing Cemetery. They had a wide assortment of grave blankets and wreaths right outside. (The first florist we stopped at, didn’t have any type of arrangements suitable for graves. They wouldn’t be made until the next day). We picked out 2 regular sized grave blankets that were very nicely decorated (they also had extra long ones).
Inside, the store was neatly organized with potted poinsettias and various floral arrangements and we heard the sounds of chirping birds, quite bucolic.

Bought floweres for my girlfriend, and had them delivered. They were some beauties I must say.
The service was excellent and courteous. I had asked them if they could deliver as soon as possible. The staff here was great they delivered the floweres with about an hours time.
I called them right away to thank them.
Wish we had more business with customer service like this.
