Grab and Go

I went to Grab and Go for a quick lunch. As soon as I walked in I was amazed at the selection this take out place offers (I took pictures which show all the different food options on their wall) + the people that work there are really friendly. My boyfriend ordered the grilled chicken salad and I ordered three chicken tacos. First off, props to the cook! His food is delicious! The grilled chicken salad was so fresh and the chicken tacos were so good! The tacos were around $ 3 each. They had lots of chicken in the inside and had two corn tortillas for each taco. I was so surprised — I actually liked these tacos more than some I tried in actual Mexican restaurants. As for the salad, just look at the picture! There was so much chicken and avocado — great healthy option. The salad was around $ 9.
Bottomline: I wish there was a Grab and Go near me! This place is awesome!

This tiny deli offers a variety of breakfast option, foods, and surprisingly fresh juice.
It’s a little pricey for some of the food, but pretty delicious still. Along main street close to northern blvd, there is plenty of options to choose from.

Fast and consistent. I always order some tea or coffee and its made very quick, faster than I can take out my money. Even though its fast, it still tastes the same every time and it tastes good!
I haven’t tried anything else yet, but it looks like there’s a lot of options. There’s pictures of what they serve posted everywhere on their walls.
The guy who works there is really polite too. I get called «miss» every time. They’ve earned a new customer!

I’ve passed this little hole-​in-​the-​wall place a ton of times and only stepped in for the first time today. I’d always seen their signs for juices and smoothies and decided to try their Green Monster juice. It was one of the best fresh juices I’ve ever had. Definitely going to try them again soon. Best part? They take credit/​debit cards.

A small deli off the corner of Northern Blvd and Main St, G&G is among the rare breed of eateries in Flushing Chinatown. It’s a Korean, father-​and-​son business that serves a wide selection of breakfast/​lunch sandwiches, wraps and salads. Highly recommended if you’re looking for non-​Asian food in this area, or just a pit stop for a snack or something small to go.
I usually go there to pick up a quick breakfast otw to work and it’s a great deal of $ 5-​$ 6 that includes a small coffee, which they even Saran-​wrap for you! It’s such a considerate gesture. It not only keeps your coffee warm but also prevents spillage.
The heroes, salads and wraps are sliiiiiightly pricey compared to the average price for Flushing food, but normal (or maybe even cheaper) compared to the rest of NYC.
It could get pretty busy during lunchtime so it’s best to call ahead to put in your order.
They’re always very friendly, welcoming, efficient and well-​mannered. Always address everyone by Miss/Ma’am/Sir. I’m not a morning person but when I see the huge smile on their face (they must be morning people), it somehow makes my morning more bearable.
They also function as a basic drugstore with things like cigarettes, OTC painkillers and even condoms available behind the registers.

G&G has a new menu with more food and drink options. I still consider this THE best smoothies and natural juice spot in Flushing. My current favorite is #30 Detox 2.

This is one my regular lunch place. A refreshing alternative to Asian choices in Flushing. Choices are Bagel, wrap, salad and fresh smoothies.

Grab & Go is a really convenient deli with a lot of choices for lunch. Burgers, wraps, sandwiches, heroes, cheese steaks, salads (huge), the list goes on! The prices are decent & the quality of the food is really good. The portions are also pretty big, I ordered a sandwich & I had to save half for later !
(They deliver but I think it takes a little long so youre better off calling ahead & picking up)
They have an extensive menu that you should keep around your office for lunch purposes! Yum Yum.

good salad, a little bit expensive for the sandwiches and thier combos but they also have great service. the salad was made like it is artwork.
