This place has really gone downhill, I asked for some sauce, the guy working there just flat out lied and said he put it inside, and the other sauces they were just out of stock… The people working there are really rude and difficult to deal with. The quality of the food isnt as good as the one on Hillside Ave, and the store itself is supposed to sell Pizza too because its a PizzaHut as well, majority of the time they dont have what you want. Word of advice, go somewhere else, its a waste of money for the service and quality of food (it’s almost never freshly made.) Im done buying from this store. From now on if I must have KFC, im going to Hillside, or else, i’d much rather go to Gyro Shack a few blocks down.

Zombie food! Just for when you need salty fried protein, a sad side to fool yourself you are having a «meal» and the unlimited sugar soda to wash off the salt offa your tongue.
Cookie-​cutter KFC, but every now & then u luck out and get someone behind the counter who just might care enough to get your order correct & quick.
That said, I am one to fall victim far too frequently for their bucket deals and the siren song of the Colonel Sanders. But I will only get it if them chickens are dripping with oil fresh from the fryer. Drool…

Nothing here is freshly made, so who knows how long the foods have been sitting there. and there have been a few times when they gave me the wrong order. Some of the staff ignore you even if you’ve been standing there for a few minutes

I ordered a 5 piece hot wing meal with potato wedges and medium drink a bit before noon today. I took 4 minutes for the order to be ready. It came with 5 wing pieces, potato wedges and a medium Pepsi brand drink.
The heat and spice for the wing came from the batter and whatever they rubbed on the chicken before they fried it. There was no hot sauce. I received the wedges, the wing pieces a, a cup for my drink and ketchup packets. I was given no option as to the choice of side I wanted.

I am the guy who mentioned about putting the Tip jar on the counter for the employees for their efforts of working hard. I come to kfc alot of times, sometimes they make good chicken and sometimes they don’t its not salted enough or no taste of any spices or too dry, and sometimes its taste great. Hey i have to say I have to give them some credit for doing there job, its not easy to keep up always perfect. If I see a tip jar and if the employee is friendly I would defiantly give some tip and that way they will work very pleasant with customers.

I usually get the Double Down (yes I know heart attack) or Famous Bowl. It’s pretty good. Service is poor as the cashiers look like they despises their jobs. The Drive Thru is slow so don’t bother with it. Walk in!

Walk here often with my sister who gets these KFC cravings.
I don’t know what she loves more: the sides or the chicken. I actually really like the grilled double down. I’m not a small girl. I actually can eat horrible things sometimes. It is horrible in the amount of salt and oil but I love the taste of it.
This place is quite clean and the service is at least not rude, but they aren’t service with a smile.

The flags flying outside of this restaurant tells me that they are under new management (amirite?). Been here a few times, always after I’m done with the flea market’s across the street. I agree with Rashid, the service here was really bad the few times I was there but it seems like it has either gotten better or under new management. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the space.
This location also has a selected pizza hut menu as well.

Worst KFC that I’ve ever been to. The lines for the drive-​through is super long. The service is terrible.
I ordered to go once and they didn’t even provide any utensils or napkin. I thought that was common sense to provide that? I went back and told them that and they didn’t even apologize.
