Dr. Lam, and her staff, are so caring. They always know who I am when I walk in. The receptionists are very nice and respectful. The nurses are very nice, warm and welcoming. Sometimes, the nurse puts the blood pressure machine on my arm a little too tight. But she will loosen it right away if you tell her. LOL DR. LAM is the BEST. She always seems genuinely concerned about her patients. Individually, which I find really sweet. I actually stated seeing Dr. Lam first. I went home, and told my mom about how sweet she is, then my mom went to see her too. Now we are both long term patients.

Dr. Lam is such a sweet lady. She’s soft spoken but knowledgeable, and there’s just something about the way she speaks to you that seems very warm and genuine. That being said, however, service has declined a bit since my first visit 5 or 6 years ago. For starters, what’s the point in making an appointment if I still have to wait over an hour to see the doctor? At my last appointment, I ended up being the last patient for the day. I sat around in the waiting room way too long past my appointment time, then I had to run off to feed the parking meter. By the time I got back, they were getting ready to close and the doctor seemed to be in a real hurry even though it was only 2:30. Other than that little snag, I’m happy to be a patient here. My pediatrician(Dr. Alice Lau, who I saw all the way until turning 18) referred me to Dr. Lam, and I’ve even referred at least 2 of my friends.
