A great dessert place to indulge if you’re craving something sweet. The price for the crepes are totally worth it. It’s not the best thing on the planet, but I can’t deny that I love it. Tearing the crêpe is quite fun and the fruits are always a plus(they might not be in season sometimes). If you’re like me you’ll be fat and order yourself a crêpe. If not, share one with a friend!

I got a Tokyo Sundae crêpe with vanilla ice cream. Mangoes aren’t in season right now but I chose it anyway because the combination of mangoes, bananas and condensed milk seemed like a good choice. The crêpe was soft which complemented the bananas and mangoes really well! I just wished they added more condensed milk. $ 5.5 definitely beats the more expensive crepes at the new crêpe place up Roosevelt Ave at T-Swirl Crêpe(although I’ll give that a try too the next time I’m in Flushing) It definitely gets busy around 6−7pm when the only employee was acting as cashier and making the crepes at the same time.

Yeah sure sure they sell sweet crepes, but what I came here for are the Chinese jianbing!!! These Chinese egg crepes with a crispy chip filling are a staple street food that I’ve been craving for a while and I was so excited to see that they offer them here. It tasted pretty good, although I was surprised to see they included a slice of ham in my jianbing. They use the Chinese crisp instead of fried cruller(which most stores that offer jianbing in Flushing tend to use), and it reminds me of the versions from China! Try it!

Great place to get big Takoyaki balls with a few different selections. I had the Wasabi mayo and it was great. The service was fast and the octopus pieces were nice and chewy. It had also an abundance of the bonito flakes. For 5 dollars it’s worth it!

We almost always order the Mojoilla which is basically crêpe with fresh strawberry, banana and Nutella with the option to add a scoop of ice cream. We get the green tea ice cream. $$$ for mediocre food. Their takoyaki have very little seafood and all batter. It taste okay b/c of the Bonito flakes & Wasabi mayo.

Omg I’ve never had a crêpe before I visited this place and it was so good! There not exactly the most sociable people but in flushing that’s just kind of how it is. I’ve tried crepes at fancier places after I tried one here and nothing has compared to the freshness of their fruit and taste. Plus there’s something about the atmosphere of that place that makes me feel like I’m in another country. It’s kind of cool lol

Its affordable and cheap! I’ve gotten the Mojoilla crêpe with green tea ice cream. I felt like the worker was being a bit stingy with the nutella(really really thin layer) He forgot to add my strawberries so he added them in the end but all was well! I chose green tea ice cream with my crêpe that I wished was a bit more fresh, didn’t like the Pirouline type chocolate straw I prefer the original! But overall the crêpe made me happy.

Never again. Poor quality control. I spent a year studying abroad in China a year ago and one of my favorite foods was this savory crêpe called jian bing,(it’s crunchy and delicious) and to my surprise this place offered it as one of their new selections. I was really excited and ordered one. First, it’s $ 4 and when I handed them a $ 5, the cashier didn’t hand me back change. I had to point this out to him for him to say«I forgot.» okay. A couple of minutes later, the jian bing was ready and it looked pretty legit. The technique was right. I was soo excited. I took a few bites and was shocked to feel something weird and spat out a piece of metal. Yes, there was a thin piece of metal about 3 inches long in my crêpe! Like it must have slipped of a package. How poor can your quality control really be if 3 inches of metal drops into the process and you don’t even notice enough to fish it out? I could have wound up in the hospital if I accidentally swallowed it! I decided not to make a complaint because I don’t like to cause drama. So I’m just writing a review here warning you to stay clear.

Oh man, I’m a sucker for pretty things and japanese food so when you show me an adorable japanese crêpe with green tea ice cream, yeah I’m gonna get it. Their takoyaki’s alright, definitely not as good as the ones in legit japanese shops but props on the wasabi mayo creativity. The crêpe was alright EXCEPT for the crêpe itself. Ironic right? The filling was pretty good, green tea ice cream drizzled with condensed milk and topped with banana and mango. Probably should’ve gotten something else besides mango cause it wasn’t in season but I’m glad all their fruits are fresh. The crêpe was missing a hint of sweetness. It was kind of bland. I can’t decide what’s better here takoyaki or crepes, they’re on an equal level.

The crepes are great. There is nothing wrong with the crepes and I would definitely come back for more. I must say, coming here was a bit disappointing. It’s not the food, it’s the workers. Only 1 worker was working and the other one just stood there on his phone. I’m assuming the horrible worker is in charge of cashier because he was standing in front of it. But the man who made all the crepes took our order on the cashier. He basically did everything. I had fun watching the worker making the crêpe. It was really interesting and entertaining. I don’t have much to say because I was disappointed.

I had a good friend visiting New York and it was a rainy day. We had already eaten a few times but we were in the area, and I was craving the snowy AND I wanted him to try out these crepes. Heard about them being New York’s best cheap crepes. And the crêpe he got was delicious! For only $ 5, you get this large cone shaped crêpe filled with an abundance of fruit(he picked strawberries and kiwi), a base(Nutella of course) and a large scoop of ice cream(picked chocolate). It’s quite big for this price and made fresh in front of you and so cheap! I got the mango snowy with vanilla ice cream, and it took 3 of us to finish it but we were all very satisfied :) The food court is very cool in its own way, full of Asian families/friends hanging out and enjoying good cheap eats. Coming back here for the hot pot!

craving a crêpe for dinner, yes dinner! nothing wrong with eating dessert first. I ordered #1 Mojoilla crêpe with chocolate ice cream that came with sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, Nutella, whip cream and a cookie stick. there was a young lady that scooped my chocolate ice cream before the crêpe was even made and left the ice cream on the scoop right on the prep counter. I thought that wasn’t very sanitary … thank goodness I didn’t get sick. the guy made the crêpe very fast, what a pro. the crêpe was thin and had a great taste. I actually like this place over the Japanese crêpe store on spring at in soho. next time I’ll create my own crêpe and get green tea ice cream, chocolate was so good though.

Me and my friend stopped by at Mojoilla Fresh after dinner. The only combination that looks good to me is Purple Rain because I hate bananas and I am allergic to peanut butter. I got the Purple Rain Crêpe w/Red Bean icecream and my friend got the same but with Green Tea icecream. We really enjoy our dessert and its definitely a yummy spot so make sure you stop by.

This is one of my favorite stalls in new world mall. Awesome dessert to finish off your meal! I get the ice cream +2 toppings + 1 syrup in a crêpe cone for~$ 5.50(used to be $ 4.95), which is quite a bargain in my opinion considering other crêpe places in nyc serve crepes without the ice cream for like $ 8+. They have green tea ice cream, which is even a bigger bonus! I always get strawberry + banana + condense milk + green tea ice cream. Be sure to grab lots of napkins, it could get messy at the end when it starts leaking. I think the young girl(20ish year old) makes it best in terms of it holding together, but I haven’t seen her in a while. It’s a little difficult to order when it’s the older lady working since I don’t speak chinese and she doesn’t speak english. Make sure to get their stamp card if you like it, it’s a free crêpe after 10 crepes. My friends and I share the cards to get to 10 quicker hehe.

Considering how many changes the food court at New World Mall has gone through, the fact that Mojoilla Fresh has managed to stick around is nothing short of impressive. Anything that doesn’t serve hot Asian food(#1) hasn’t lasted long and anything dessert like has been a bit of a rarity. Known to the rest of the Chino-reading nation as «MoJi Xian»(魔力鲜), the name of the game at Mojoilla Fresh is crepes. Not just any crepes, but Japanese style crepes which incorporate a lot of Asian ingredients and is wrapped into a cone. So far my favorite has been a vanilla crêpe stuffed with green tea, condensed milk, bananas, kiwi, and a strawberry glaze. As rich and as indulgent as it sounds, it’s surprisingly somewhat light on the sweet front. The other sought after item at this stall is takoyaki, aka fried octopus balls. As much as I love it in Japan, I don’t always love them here. Sometimes the octopus bits(literally, bits.) are too tough and the batter isn’t always fully cooked. When fried well, the accompanying spicy mayo, oyster sauce, and bento flakes are decent. Consistency seems like the real underlying issue.(#2) Now that Snopo( ) is closed, Mojoilla Fresh is really one of the only outlets for dessert in the food court. When summer comes rolling around, I’m sure I’ll find myself in a crêpe-y mood. ____________ (#1) R.I.P. PIzza 8, Burger Shack (#2) A takoyaki crêpe needs to be created. Seriously.

I like this place. If you don’t then I’m sorry to say, this is really your only option for ice cream crepes so learn to like it haha. The crêpe shells are soft which is what you would expect from a french crêpe. From the reviews it seems like its supposed to be more of a Japanese crêpe, which is crunchy but I’ll explain later on why I like it soft. Its lightly salted so it complements the sweet ice cream and topping very well. The ice cream is shipped to them and seems below average. Its more water then heavy cream. My family owns a ice cream store so I know a thing or two about ice cream. Now on to how I eat it. First of all, throw away the spoon. You won’t need it. The crêpe is okay/salty, the ice cream is below average. Dissecting this thing apart with a spoon won’t help your enjoyment. Second, EATITLIKE A SANDWICH. The soft crêpe makes this possible. Take a big bite of it and experience the complex mix of salty, sweet, cold and warm. Once I started doing this, I started to appreciate this place.

Visited the place over a year ago. They allow you to customize your own crêpe which I think is nice. Also they allow you to see the process of making the crêpe. I think our price was on the expensive side, because we created our own. The crêpe size is pretty big, my boyfriend and I weren’t able to finish our own. The crêpe is good, the fruits were fresh. However it gets really messy when eating.

I finally went back to try their crepes. I got a single scoop mango crêpe for $ 3.99. They give you a generous amount of ice cream. They make the crêpe and roll it into a cone shape and put the scoop of ice cream on top. I think making it into a cone shape is kind of misleading. I was hoping it would have a crunch like a waffle cone, but it’s a crêpe and soft. The ice cream was really good, it tastes homemade and not overly sweet, but the crêpe was just a crêpe.
