A cute little shack to get a quick fresh food fix before you hop onto the LIRR! This place has absolutely no seating and probably has enough room only to fit approximately 4 – 5 people standing comfortably. This place is owned by 2 Korean grandmothers who always greet you with a smile. They make the kimbahp right in front of you in a matter of minutes. The menu consists of all the traditional kimbahp choices but they always include their own mix of things. I always opt for the princess roll, which you can choose which topping you want.(Spicy tuna is the best one)! These rolls are not too thick in size so it really is meant to be eaten as a snack; unless you opt to get 2 or more rolls. Just a warning: if you get any kimbahp with peppers in it– be prepared to be welcomed with a little kick in your mouth!

right by the Murray Hill Long Island Railroad which was perfect because I was starving after getting off the railroad from work. I ordered the bbq beef roll and it was delicious. I ate it while walking home. they make it to order and it’s fresh and tasty and still warm. the prices are decent too. $ 5.50 for my bbq beef roll. they have many selections too but beef is always my order. you can always order in advance on the phone and pay for it when you get there. doesn’t take long to make. they speak broken English and are very nice the two ladies.

I remember this little kimbab place. I used to come here almost everyday after school. It’s my secret little kimbab place. It’s honestly the best kimbab I have ever had. My favorite rolls are the combination and spicy tuna. The ladies there are very nice and quick. They make the rolls right in front of you. Fresh! Definitely worth the $ 5.50! You can also call in advance for pickup. I like to do that for a quicker trip. I just pay, take, and go. I would definitely recommend this place. My favorite kimbab place afterall.

Love their kimbab! So cheap, yet so delicious!!! Get their mushroom rolls, cheese rolls, and bbq squid rolls. Also, the pumpkin soup(in the fridge on the left hand side once you enter) was an awesome surprise. Take it home and heat it up, it’s so thick and the amount of sweetness is natural and healthy.

Oh, Nolbu, how I used to come here everyday after school on my way home. I’ve been coming here for years and still frequent this place for its fresh made-to-order kimbap rolls. The ladies are always so courteous and are good at what they do. Tip: Get their Mushroom Roll for starters. Their Spicy tuna & Bulgogi roll are awesome, too!

This place probably owns 17% of my biweekly paycheck, but am always a happy customer. My brother and I live about 3 seconds(running speed) from this place, it is visible from our front door and we love you. It ranges from $ 5-$ 7 for a kimbap roll(korean«sushi») and there is a lot of variety on the menu. Cheese, tuna, beef, shrimp etc etc. They make it «fresh» while you wait and you’ll be on your merry way in under 5 min. They also have a bunch of side dishes in the fridge(kimchis and other vegetables and refrigerated soups) and cup ramen you can pick up to go. Some dumpling and rice cake options too. I love that this place is open all the friggin time. As early as the delis next door, and as late as the chinese take out place on the other side. These two ladies are not messing around.(open through hurricane sandy!) My favs: Spicy tuna, Fried shrimp(bc it’s one of the few that comes with wasabi), and the cheese! Cash only, street parking. Try it out!
