I stopped in after work to exchange the«Harper» pants that I bought online for a different size. The selection here was not that great. I ended up only finding two of the pants I originally purchased. I settled for the two and made my way over to checkout when I discovered a display of «Pixie» pants that caught my eye. This style of pant had a decent amount of colors and sizes. I ended up dropping the harpers and racked up on the pixies. Shifting through a land mine of clothes was a little disconcerting. Especially when an employee was standing next to me. I had to ask her for help instead of her offering it. They need to call the bomb squad to rectify the issues that they have. It’s a total mess. You have to dive in like a synchronize swimmer to find clothes.

The place is pretty small for the amount of clothes they have and so during peak hours, you’ll find yourself pushing and shoving trying to get past people as your butt cheeks slide over theirs and it is just a very ‘cheeky’ experience — by which I mean very awkwardly uncomfortable. The store doesn’t seem too busy unless it’s sale season though. I find the manager of this store to be condescending and poorly trained in customer service, if trained at all. Most of the items I came across here had defects so beware and closely investigate the item for rips or tears before you purchase. I wasn’t the only person with this problem but I saw a customer fight to get a discount on her defected blouse, which the manager reluctantly gave in the end. I also found the employees behind the register incredibly unprofessional. I thought they get ‘trained’ before they actually start working but maybe the manager skipped that part as they seem to know little to absolutely nothing about customer service and satisfaction. Don’t tell me to cough up $ 20 for a ripped sweater, are you kidding me? They tried to rip me off claiming it won’t tear off more than it already had. So I said I didn’t want it and left. Not sure if I’ll be intentionally coming back. I’ve been to the Skyview Center a few times after this visit and haven’t even thought about stepping foot into this place.

This place is located inside the Skyview Center. If you come on the weekend, this place can be crowded & the line to pay can be pretty long but the cashiers work pretty fast here. The stuff here is very cheap. This location isn’t as messy as some other Old Navy.

I admit this place can be terribly crowded and the lines ridiculously long during the weekends but for the most part the cashiers are speedy, friendly and professional. I try to go during the weekdays. It’s much better crowd wise.

This location was nice and had the new layout for old navy. The cashier overheard me telling my cousin how the lighting makes a difference when shopping. She agreed and said part of their duties is to check the lighting and position it certain ways

Inexpensive clothing with sizes that aren’t always consistent. The store can be messy at times. Basics would be the best thing to buy here. Don’t go There on a weekend, too many crowds and long lines.

I used to go to the Main Street location very often ever since the move to Sky View Center it has become less because its a long walk through the crowds of people. The store seems less messy and there are Sales Associates on the floor to assist.

Typical low end fashion, great for younger kids and adults. This location is a mess! mixed clothes everywhere! I’m not blaming the staff here, it’s the people who shop here, they’re like sharks in a feeding frenzy. You can find some decent deals here, if you don’t mind digging through a «landfill».

Same basic stuff as any Old Navy but I don’t feel they have the best selection at this store as compared to the ones in the city. Good place if you need a simple T or jeans.

So I’ve got this job interview coming up and Old Navy always has that business clothing section… right? Good luck trying to find that here. The way the store is set up is hella confusing and the sections are super small at that. The clearance was like one small wall tucked behind a corner, and the kids section takes up the whole back section. The new look is cool, I like that the dressing rooms are huge and right smack in the middle of the store. The checkout line looks fun with the clear blue wall and they’re selling random food and trinkets now? So confuzzled about this store. New look? Cute. Merchandise? Lame.
