My mom was a regular here until recently — she would get gel polish done everytime she needed it. She wanted to get a different color on her ring finger and the owner told her it was an extra two dollars. My mother was shocked they would charge $ 2 just for a different color with no design on the fingernail. Because they speak a different dialect than her, my mother did not understand when they started to bad mouth her in their dialect. Her friend who accompanied her thankfully had understood and my mother was furious.
Goes to show anyone can try to rip you off — even if you’re a loyal customer. I’m writing this review in defense of my mother, she won’t be returning!

Came here last year after it opened in March and thought it would be great since it was two blocks away. The manicure was great, the place was clean and well decorated but I haven’t found my engagement ring since I got a mani pedi there…
There are a lot of great nail places in Flushing but considering that… this isn’t one of them.

ohhhh I love this place!!! Been here three times now and it gets better everytime. Everyone is so welcoming. I usually hAve one person do my nails, but I feel everyone here is efficient. It’s a miracle! Love it. It’s pricey but great service!

Find this place on groupon. It was a great purchase!!! The nail technician Echo was her name, did a wonderful job. I did a gel manicure. She took her time very neat I didn’t have to correct her. She appeared to be a perfectionist and it showed in her work. The staff we’re very friendly. The only con to this place was parking. It took me about 10 mins of circling to find a spot. I would recommend this place to a friend. I would return but the parking makes me skeptical about returning. But great service is worth it.

Awesome place! Just came home from a wonderful couples massage. Place is very clean & the staff are super nice. The woman who did my massage was excellent. Really took all the knots out of my back. My boyfriend also was very pleased. We will be coming back!

Ive come here so far 3 times and must say that Ive had great experiences. I learned of this spa on groupon after purchasing a 13.00 gel mani deal. My nails were done by a lovely young man by the name of Jason. He was super friendly and we talked the entire time he did my nails. I ended up coming back one week later because I noticed the gel was starting to peel off my nail which is uncommon especially not even before one week. I came in and spoke with May who is the manager and she fixed my entire set with no problem. So pleased with the service, my girlfriend and I booked 2 swedish massages for 60min for that same week. Mine was absolutely relaxing and she even incorporated hot stones into the massage for no additional price. The large couples room was clean and even had a sauna and shower which could be used for an additional fee. Overall I really this place and their wonderful customer service.
