The service is fantastic the hair stylist are all awesome I give this place –1 star not for the service but because when I was there it was extremely hot the air conditioning was very poor it was very uncomfortable to be sitting there waiting in the extreme heat you would think that a place where people sit and wait would be comfortable like I said for service they get 5+ starts but for a waiting area –1

This place is the best of the best for a Facial, why out of so many?
Simply, the facial is $ 20.00 so far the lowest price I’ve had on me. There are some Indian ladies that do an excellent job. The facial is herbal, it smells really good, they clean your skin very well and deeply with extractions of pimples. So, I can’t ask for anything better. Once the facial is finished, they put a nice nourishing cream to leave on the face that gives you the right feeling of moisturizing and hydrating the skin.
So remember how, I had my skin cracked and dry on one side of the face after I did the micro facial somewhere else?, .the crack and dry skin disappeared. My face skin is back to normal and looking more fresh and cleaner than ever before. So yeah, this was the right facial, with the right ingredients, and the right touch. I will surely be back as much as I can to repeat this facial, because for $ 20.00 and the quality, this is a must do over.
After I did the facial, I also got an oil hair massage for $ 15.00. Than was very relaxing and made my hair oily and shiny.
If you don’t have a car, the #7 train is right in front of this location.

Deffiently recommend going here ! I read the reviews below and decided to call and ask for Maritza. At first the line disconnected but in less then a second she called me back I made an appointment for within the hour since I live just a couple block as away .
When I entered I was greeted by the friendly staff. You could do your nails, eyebrows, and hair for female and male .
Maritza was ready and I showed her what I wanted. I wanted a color, trim, and blow dry it came out to $ 55 the outcome was EXACTLY what I wanted she was by far the best hairstylist I’ve had in a long time. Her assistant (didn’t get her name) was fantastic as well !!
I also did my eyebrows there. Didn’t get the young ladies name but she was also great and very polite !
Nothing but good quality service here ! Deff would come back !

So, I’m super picky when it comes to someone cutting my hair and normally won’t go just anywhere. But a friend of mine had an amazing job done with her hair cut and when I asked her where she went, I was shocked from her answer!
Jackson Heights!!! Yes folks! Better yet, she told me her prices and I simply couldn’t believe it! I’ve never had a haircut cost less than about $ 65 (not including blow dry, style and tip). And this lady was charging $ 28 (wash, blow dry and style)!
I immediately took down the information from my friend and called the stylist (Maritza) the next morning and was able to get an appointment for me and one of my friends that same morning within an hour. The place is definitely a small mom and pop store whole in the wall in Jackson heights that I would otherwise probably never step into, so it’s definitely an easy miss unless your referred by someone.
After arriving she asked us what we wanted, we showed her pix and got started! Long story short… she’s She is super nice and skilled at layering and creating volume. I still can’t believe I got all this for $ 28! However, after a while I noticed that my layers were disconnected. Yes, it’s a great deal, but I guess we do get what we pay for. If you’re looking for a quick wash and blow dry, I’d probably recommend checking this place out… but not too sure for the hair cut…

Women owned and women run this place knows how to make a woman sparkle and shine.
I’ve only come here twice to get my brows done but both times I’ve left with perfectly perfect brows.
My one gripe is that I’m not normally sensitive to the pains associated with threading — but here I can’t help from making funny, pain induced faces as my girl is threading away. It seriously hurts so damn much.
I normally equate the feeling of threading with the feeling of having an office rubber band snap on your bare skin… a few times on the same spot. It’s more of a slight discomfort than actual pain… but not here.
I don’t know if it’s the actual thread they use or if it’s their threading method, but OWWW!!! Now, they’re super detail oriented and do a stand-​up job — but I only come here if I’m desperate and my brows need a serious intervention…
Or else I go to my regular spots on 23^rd and 6^th (Unique Threading Salon), my old work place on 37^th and 6^th (Pinky’) and the spot by my boyfriend’s place on 40^th and Steinway (i forget the name, it’s like two doors down from Lite Bites) — all these places don’t have this pain problem, so I KNOW it’s not just me :(.
