I always come here in the morning and on a weekday and there is no one here. I love it. I walk in and get my boxers or boxer briefs and im out. Or some polos for work. Friendly service and easy to get in and out of.

A bit cheaper than the mall.
Standard outlet setup = a bit pressed together. Selection was okay and the store was clean.
Service was fair, not rude, but you had to make a distinct effort get the employees attention if you needed help. Polite enough once you get their attention just a bit disinterested: maybe it was an off day.
I would stop in here again if I was shopping in the outlets, but probably wouldn’t make a special trip to shop here.

Went into the new store location at the Folsom Outlets today. I have certainly seen and be serviced in a better way when shopping in the actual store rather than the outlet.
The store was new and somewhat disorganized and the staff was working to clean rather than help the guest that was in front of them.
Moderate prices, save your money for the mall.
