You would think that an outlet store would have better prices, well that’s true for the most part, but not for this store. Their prices are pretty much the same as retail. Maybe one or two items might be on sale, but that’s it.

I was out of town on a trip for work in the Bay Area and found some cute clothing items at the local BeBe, but knowing there is not one for 40 miles of where I live, I was hesitant to purchase. The sales woman assured me there«shouldn’t» be a problem returning any item to the outlet closest to my home as they are both the same company. Makes sense to me, so $ 467.00 later, I am a happy customer. Fast forward a week later when an $ 80 skirt has a zipper issue, I drive 20 miles to the outlet and was informed by the blonde at the register«You bought it at the mall, you have to return it at the mall.» When asked why, she said she didn’t know and even asked a coworker who after talking a second to gather her thoughts, said«I’m not sure. It’s just company policy.» Now, I have to plan a day to drive back to place I purchased it from, and return EVERY item I bought, happy to say I will NO longer be returning to BeBee again. So, thank you to the blonde at the register for being so customer focused and providing me no explanation or alternative in this hyper competitive customer serviced based luxury goods space. I’m disgusted at the treatment I received today as a very loyal and generous member. Well, not anymore!

A fairly large Bebe outlet. Ladies, the 2B Bebe labeled merchandise is crappy and is only sold at the 2B Bebe outlets. This is not the stuff at the regular Bebe store. It’s ugly and reminds me of something the girls from Jersey Shore would wear. But by all means, wear it if you want — hoodrats make me look better. While the majority of things in this store are the 2B Bebe brand, you will find Bebe labeled merchandise laying around. I found some AWESOME Bebe coats at this outlet in the clearance section. One of the coats I found was in the Bebe store at the mall for $ 250 as recently as last month, I paid $ 70. Hellz yes. The girls who work at this store(particularly the manager Amanda) really go above and beyond. They are helpful and professional.

i’m gonna be the first to write about this BEBE Outlet. and i’m gonna tell you. that i spent $ 195. and bought 5 dresses, each worth $ 98 or more each, plus a white leather belt worth $ 39.50 … all for less than $ 200! like, wtf?! dayummm, son. and none of them are ripped, discounted due to damages or in bad condition. I copped some out of season dresses that i’ve always had my eye on that disappeared from regular retail stores days ago because they sold out or the season was over. am i a lucky beez or what?! ;) sometimes they don’t always have the best of things, but i have yet to walk in here and NOT walk out with something — they also have shoes, but they’re not ALWAYS cute and when you DO find a cute one, u better hope it’s in ur size. they always have accesories, but they’re limited. and they have special«outlet only» items that u can’t find at a regular retail store. i have yet to walk outta here disappointed … oh but beware of their clearance section — they’re definitely on clearance for a reason! but if u like BEBE flipflops, u can find em here for 2 for somethin or 3 for somethin depending on the season and whether or not they’re having a bigger sale than normal. i came out with 8 pairs for $ 10 each! that’s rare for Bebe flipflops/sandals, they’re usually as low as $ 15 for the basic ones and up to $ 40 for the nicer ones. so $ 10?! NICE.
