Charlotte Russe

Usually love this store, however I came in with a group of my friends for a sweet 16 only about 6 of us and the lady working there (brown hair, glasses, middle-​aged) was completely rude!!! she treated us like we were delinquents trying to steal! then she basically kicked us out of the store and I wanted to buy something from there!!! terrible customer service. will not go to this Charlotte Russe ever again.

Just working the cash register today was un believably rude. I have worked in customer service all my life! Never met someone so disrespectful

Semi-​cute things at sometimes moderate prices. The store is hit or miss when it comes to prices. Based on my experiences here, it can also be difficult to locate someone to help with sizes when you’re in the dressing room. Sizes vary here as well. I’m generally a small or medium so you really have to try on the items before purchasing. Quality of said items can be questionable. I’ve purchased a few cute dresses here that have lasted a few years.
Customer service is great when you purchase but when you’re there for a return, you can get somewhat of an attitude. Understandable, I guess but still not my favorite place to shop.

The youngest gidget wanted to pop in and spend some of her hard earned cash. I obliged. Prices seemed to be decent, but it almost seemed like a fire sale in how things were signed. The costume jewelry was definitely not the quality that I would spend money on, but at least the displays were well organized and neat.
The staff were more involved in visiting with friends than checking on customers, which was frustrating when the gidget had issues trying to find a couple of items in her size. She wound up opting not to buy any items beyond the phone cases she said she had seen elsewhere for twice the cost. This added up to a $ 150.00 savings for her and made me feel proud that she understands the power of saying no when someone makes you feel unwelcome in spending money that you worked hard to get. Mind you, she is only 13.
Needless to say, if their staff was more interested in providing customer service and less in socializing, they could possibly give their competitors a run for their money.

This store has THE cutest stuff and at amazing prices. I never find anything I like at the one in Roseville Galleria, but can’t stop finding cute things at this one. Super friendly staff too.
