Folsom Karate Academy is very, very different. Students get real-​life training in all aspects of martial arts based on real fighting and self-​defense situations. Children/​teens also get safety training re: «stranger danger,» etc which is endorsed by the Folsom school district. Not just anyone can offer that.
Every class is taught by owner Adam Hamlin, who is a great teacher and remarkable individual. He pushes his students (kids and adults) to achieve their very best every single day. Training includes all aspects of striking, grappling, takedowns/​defense, judo throws, and submissions.
