So normally I wouldn’t think a storage place has much to offer besides having space for your stuff.
But since I have left this place to move to a new location in the bay area I have come to appreciate the level service and care given by the staff at Parkshore Storage.
I have always been pleased with the interest they take in you personally and have always felt welcomed and appreciated there.
Aside from how nice the units are and how clean the whole facility is, including a spotless bathroom and ice cold water fountain, you will find it hard to be served by a more friendly and appreciative staff.
I highly recommend Parkshore Storage. Always professional and caring. It took me leaving and using someone else to realize how good I had it!

Great promotions and friendly front desk clerk. The owners are a little iffy, but you probably won’t interact with them much. The facilities are well kept, but the AC seems poor especially on hot days. Access hours could be improved, but they are comparable to other storage sites. I like that they are centrally located in Folsom and I can go run the trail when I’m done moving my junk.

The staff is very helpful and honest about their pricing. I feel like they treat me like a member of their family.
My new upstairs unit is air-conditioned and it is easy to get to it — I am close to the elevator.
