I happened to be at the outlets and walked past thinking they could clean my ring and I could window shop a bit. When the girl was done cleaning my ring she tried to tell me i needed to have my ring replated with rhodium(if my ring was white gold that could be). My ring is platinum. I told her it was just the patina platinum gets… she was clueless as to what that was…2 stars because although she cleaned my ring she was completely clueless to the metals in the jewelry industry and tried to sell me something based on lack of knowledge.

My fiancé and I just bought our wedding bands here today. They are 3 mm 10k white gold that were purchsed for $ 280 «out the door» but, that EXCLUDES Kay Jewler“s warranty and protection plan. We are essentially using these rings as «small fillers» until we order our life long wedding rings. Sergio helped us pick out the rings last week and we came back today to purchase them. We were waited on by a different associate but, once we mentioned Sergio’s name the associate made sure he received his commission. The rings look great for what they are and the customer service was excellent. I was so surprised at how fast we were able to make our purchase considering they were very busy when we arrived. I was a little bit skeptical of Kay’s quality of jewlery intially as I have never patronized their establishment but, I was proven wrong. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for jewlery even if its the outlet.

This place is a total ripoff. I went in here to get two brackets pulled out from two different bracelets of mine. I was told that I was going to get a call on Wednesday to be told how much it will be and to see if I wanted to proceed with it. The estimate I was given was $ 20 $ 10 for each bracelet. I just received a call 10 minutes ago telling me that since it’s under warranty it will be free. Then I get a call about five minutes later telling me that it’s not free they made a mistake and supposed to be $ 32. They never called to ask me if I wanted to proceed it’s not that $ 32 is a lot of money it’s just the principle on how they do their business. I have also posted the order receipt.
