I have never gotten so many compliments on a new doo as I have today. I was looking for a new Stylist that understood how I wanted my hair done and found Mel, when she say’s «it is all about you», she means it. A great experience. Finally someone that really gives you what you want in a Stylist.

Melissa is awesome! I went in the first time and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and ended up not completely satisfied with the end result (not Melissas fault) She told me I could go home and think on it and come back if I still wasn’t happy and she’d fix it for me for free. I went back a couple weeks later and she fixed it and I love it! I will definitely be going back to her when I need my hair done again.

Melissa is amazing! She handled an issue she didn’t have to regarding a stylist who previously worked in the salon and had given me terrible service. She comped what I had paid for originally and not only did my touch up but fixed underneath parts that hadn’t been done! She expected nothing, not even a tip! She was really surprised when I handed her one anyways! She even remember my sons name and as we were leaving said goodbye to him! I’ll definitely be referring her to others and coming back as soon as my maternity leave is up. (I’m due soon with our second!) Melissa is friendly, easy going, fun, and definitely makes you feel comfortable in her chair! If you ever go to red chair salon and I hope you do, ask for
Mel!

I had my hair done by Melissa and she is amazing! I have been looking for awhile for a new colorist that is closer to my home and struck gold when I found Mel @ The Red Chair Salon. She did a full ombré on my hair with at least 4 or 5 colors (at my request), and was almost more excited to be doing the process, than I was having her do it for me! Melissa is a joy to be around, always strives to make sure you are comfortable, and is dedicated to ensuring you receive the style you came in looking to get. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
