Super Fast, cheerful employees, never a long drive through line when I’ve been, perfect distance from the Palladio! My order is always perfect & portions are done well and evenly. I like this location! I’m a little bit of a T-Bell addict so I’m always making sure locations I go to make things the same. This one is right on point!

How do you leave out the only special order item? Even repeated back specifically in the drive through. Poor service. Manager had no answers!

Their crispy chicken crunch wrap is advertised as $ 5.49 on the drive thru menu, they however charged me $ 6.78+ tax. When I brought it to their attention that the price on the board was less they didn’t seem to care. Very unprofessional.

Wanna do something fun? Do you wanna go to Taco Bell? I don’t know, it’s weird. I try so hard to eat clean or at least eat yuppity, but every once in a while I just get these insane cravings for Taco Bell. The strangest part is that I crave new items that I’ve never tried before. I see a sign for some butchered Spanglish word like«quesarito» and suddenly, I have to have it. There are like, way too many Taco Bells in Folsom, but this is one of the top two(with the one by the old theater drawing the greatest loyalty from me). Of the many times I have been here, everything has always been clean, fast, fresh, hot, and friendly. On that note, I was not as peeved as I would normally be when I was informed after placing my order that they were out of rice. My first thought was, «Why didn’t someone tell me that before I paid for it?» However, the cook was super apologetic, and offered to replace it with pretty much whatever I wanted, so I asked him to put just a little bit extra of everything. He brought the burrito out to me in the lobby and said, «Again, I’m so sorry about the rice, but I promise it’s going to taste good.» OHMYGODITWASSOGOOD. Okay, Taco Bell, you win; I won’t listen to the people who say you put sand and yoga mats in your food. In the words of the Governator, «I’ll be back.»

We ordered a couple of chicken soft tacos last time. No fresh veggies in them at all and the tortillas seems slimy. Could not even finish eating this. Used to think TB was one of best fast food values. Not anymore!

I used to work here & thought it was great, however, now that I dont work here anymore I can see why business was always slow. They screw up my order everytime I come by & usually make my food very sloppily or cheaply. I wont be coming back here anymore & think its worth it to drive to the other side of folsom for the other taco bell.

I stopped here out of convenience(duh, it’s fast food). I thought it would be the easiest place in the area to get something without beef/pork/chicken. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onions, and I added tomatoes and lettuce. First it was the most expensive burrito I have ever had at Taco Bell, second they still put onions on it. Worst part, I had eaten a fair amount of it before I go the gross pocket of white onions.
