This place actually deserves NO STARS. Their customer service is terrible. The two women that were working there were rude from the moment MY family walked in. She looked at them and her exact words with attitude were, «So grab a cup. Fill it with yogurt. Grab your toppings and its weighed at .75 cents a pound.» and rolled her eyes. (They’ve never been to a yogurt place like this before, it was their first time. So they asked her how does this work?) So they grabbed their yogurt and as they were handing her the total, my nephew, whom is Autistic, gently touched the scale and the girl rudely snapped at him and told him not to touch it. My sisters response was «what is he doing to you?» And she responded «since he keeps touching the scale I have to zero it out» in which she responded with «Okay then, zero it out. And let’s start over.». My sister grabbed her change and walked outside so they (my mother, nephew and herself) can sit and eat their yogurt. They sit down and they can hear the two girls laughing, mocking and making fun of my sick nephew which ticked my sister and my mother off. So my sister went back inside and asked if there was an issue and the one with the boy hair cut replied with an attitude saying «actually yes there is a problem, I don’t like the way I was being talked to.» So she said with a calm tone «The fact that you are mocking and laughing at a sick 5 year old child is what really makes me angry» and she went on and on about how we were on camera after she politely asked for the store managers phone number only to find out that the number she had given her was a complete stranger and had nothing to do with the tcby business. This place is unprofessional with VERY VERY rude people. I will NOT be coming here again and I will make sure corporate hears about this. The fact that they mock sick children are beyond me.

Rude service. They were almost out of chocolate syrup. The person behind the register grab the empty syrup container from me and started hitting t it on the counter and handed it back to me. The tip of the syrup had touched the countertop. When I said I did not want to pay I was told I had to, they told me I had no choice to pay or they would call security. I will never go back!

Absolute RIP OFF!!! 2 CUPS OF YOGURT BARELY FULL $ 15!!! I almost past out when I was told the price. Not to mention this place is not exactly clean. Never again

I really like The Country’s Best Yogurt (TCBY) so I had high hopes for this one.
Décor: the place wasn’t dirty but not clean. It just looked old and not too well taken care of. It wasn’t really organized. The tables are in the middle of the line for example.
The yogurt wasn’t as good as other TCBY stores. It had a somewhat icy taste too it. Most of it wasn’t bad but nothing really tasted like the flavor advertised. After a while, it all tasted the same. I read the reviews and skipped most of the toppings but I just couldn’t resist the marshmallow topping. It came out an almond color. I stopped after quarter of a pump. I tasted it and it tasted like burnt marshmallows.
The price was a little high for what you got. 3 small yogurts were $ 12. More than Pinkberry and too much for the quality of what you got. Don’t think I’ll be back. Next time I’m in the Outlets and feel like ice cream, it is a McFlurry for me!

Worst FroYo I ever had. Icy with no flavor. I had chocolate and peanut butter and couldn’t taste either flavor. The Kit Kat topping was stale and chewy. When yogurt is all you do, you shouldn’t screw it up.

Drank a regular latte and it was like a pisspresso.
There is some confusion about the pricing as it was marked 2.99 and I was charged 3.55. When asked got a rude response that it’s the correct price.
Never would I visit this place again

No one cares to help even when you are the only one waiting and they see you standing. One of the workers pulled out a large tray of chocolate sprinklers from the floor and shouted yew. Disgusting

It was 11 and only two of the yogurt flavor are working. Not vary good costumer service at all and it was dirty inside.
