Definitely the best damn burger in Folsom, possibly even the Sac area. Nonchalant cafeteria-​esque window inside the Folsom Hotel that offer farm to fork, organic selection of pub eats that showcase the chef’s love for food art. I have always get the cheeseburger which comes with shoestring fries by default but can be substituted for a beautiful gourmet salad with spring greens, local veggies and homemade dressing… the selection covers upperclass bar faire that supersedes anything expected given the location. Always have received excellent service and recommend to anyone looking for a good bite in Historic Folsom. Enjoy!
