We walk in and the hostess directs us to a table were the people around us are quite large and we couldn’t sit at the table right so we ask for a different table. It’s freezing inside to the point my hands were turning color.(I’m actually always hot so this was bad). We ordered the queso dip like usual, but Applebee’s has significantly reduced the amount, and we got the end of the chip bag, had to ask for new chips cause we couldn’t dip with tiny scrap chips. Burgers are expensive and tiny for 10.99. Overall we are don’t with Applebee’s forever… used to be my wife’s favorite restaurant. Goodbye.

Very poor service. Waited 45 minutes for our appetizer (it wasn’t very busy– 5 tables occupied). When we got our spinach & artichoke dip the chips were dripping with grease and were stale. It was like they dipped the stale chips in the deep frier! Then the meal came, I cannot eat corn and asked for 2 sides of mashed potatoes. Instead they gave me mashed potatoes and corn! The waiter got irritated when I told him the order was wrong. I would not recommend eating at this place if you have any food intolerances/​allergies

This is your average Applebee’s restaurant. It’s good if you just want to get a quick bite to eat and don’t really care for the quality of service or food. The food is average and the service isn’t much better. It’s just your run of the mill but it’s fun to get half price appetizers and drinks. Other than that go somewhere else. Also it’s very cold in here

Haven’t had a good experience here. Three strikes and they are out. The Management is horrible and wait staff horrible. Food is so-​so but some of that is because it comes out cold because of staff sitting around texting, chatting, etc. Last time we went, my Husband ordered a steak medium rare that came out well done and cold. I ordered some fajitas that came out cold with crusty old tortillas. My 5 yr old ordered chicken tenders, that were actually boiling hot but greasy. The Management’s solution to our complaints: two dessert shooters. No discount, hardly an apology.

Meh. Applebee’s. Not bad, not great. Awkward, but semi-​helpful waitress. Big portions of food. At the end of an awkward day, it served its purpose.

What can I say its an Applebees… Same cookie cutter food and depending on the bartender you could have an engaging conversation or just get served in silence.
