EVERY time I go into The Goldsmith, the woman who owns the store with her husband, is VERY rude. She doesn’t look at me or speak to me. It’s a shame. Her husband’s work is very nice. I have given her many chances, in case she was having a bad day. I will not go there again. I tell everyone I can not to go there, just because of her.

I live in Southern California, but visit family regularly in Fond du Lac. I always wait until my annual visits to do anything jewelry related because I love the Goldsmith so much! Their work is impeccable and I trust them with my valuable family items. This last trip, I had a custom ring made with diamonds from family rings and had a bunch of rings resized. They worked within my tight timeframe and made me a GORGEOUS ring. It looks like they put a little constellation in a ring. It’s so beautiful and I got compliments from all my family on it already. Thanks so much to Julie, Ron, Josh, Katie, and the rest of the staff. You guys are wonderful!
