Every time I visit this location on the weekends, there’s always extremely long lines to check out and never enough employees to assist on the sales floor. Some of the shelves were empty and needed restocking. I had to stand in line for a good 10 mins just to ask if they had any more of a specific item in the back since the shelf was empty. Some of the aisles were crowded from boxes of merchandise that needed to be stocked onto the shelves, making shopping somewhat of a hassle. Even though I live only a few mins from this location, I’d rather make the extra drive to another location where there’s better customer service.

This store actually has a lot more to offer than the summit location. This location is not as unorganized and carries a ton more Holiday decorations. I am so glad that I found this store and its location.

Way better than the one in Rialto on Baseline. However on my last trip they only had one guy doing the register and a long line of customers. He did call for help and another register was open. However, did not find it appropriate that the cashier(forgot his name) and the female employee,(I would assume manager cus she was telling other people what to) were having a conversation about other people and their potential boy crushes while scanning and being right in front of them. Be professional nobody wants to hear about your business.

Omg I think this is the best dollar tree I have ever been to. The store is super clean and organized. Everything is well stocked. The cashiers are nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location and parking is good too!

This is my favorite Dollar Tree! This location is very clean and the staff is friendly. The sales associate named Armando helped me out with an exchange and purchase. His service was excellent. Thanks Armando :)

Big 99¢ store, with a lot of cool treasures. Many things here would be about $ 4 – 5 anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful

Went into this store to buy plates for a birthday party and my 2 year old had her Dora ball in her hand that she loves and takes everywhere. As I was checking out an employee told the cashier that my daughter had a ball in her hand. The cashier asked me and I said oh no she brought that in. The other employee asked if I was sure… I said yes. She then said well we sell those here so are you sure? I then replied yes but with more of an attitude because of the questioning that was occurring in front of all the other guests. The cashier then said she remembers seeing her walk in with the ball. I am not sure if I was more embarrassed or mad! Emailed their corporate office as well. To be treated in this matter is totally unacceptable!!!

The supply there I noticed is a little more limited, than the other ones I’ve been to(Redland’s for example, always well stocked & more items available). Its a great location, right off the freeway and a nice area, the only thing is whats w/some of the ppl that go there? Everytime I’ve gone, theres always one crackhead, or loudmouth or the questionables that frequent there, it always blows the experience…

Yesterday, I went to our local Dollar Tree to find some good deals on summer clearance items and school supplies for my kids. I found some great deals as always. To my surprise, the store was having a great promotional to donate school supplies to children of military families. With every donation, the cashiers would happily announce the generous customer’s name followed by a loud, «Woo-hoo!» In the spirit of a positive charity, I allowed both of my kids to donate something in their names. They were both very proud to put the school items in the large donation box. Hopefully, there are MORE companies like Dollar Tree to help military families!
