Worst, Worst, Worst!!! Starbucks by far. 5 Minutes at the intercom box before anyone answered. The Drive through line take’s about ½ hour, seems like the drive-​through cashier makes all the drinks worst attitude ever! God help you if you try to tell them that your drink is wrong! Looks like I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

WORST SERVICE EVER. If I can rate with negative stars I would. Shout out to alley who got her 3 venti drinks before I got my tall frapp. Literally saw my frapp sitting there for about 15 min. There’s one star there because it’s mandatory if I could I’d give you no stars.

This location would be my local coffee shop, especially with as much as I love coffee but I will never be back to this location! I have been there several times and the wait is beyond excessive. On Saturday (½/​16) I was there at 4:15pm and was in the drive thru for 40 minutes with only about 6 cars in front of me. Several times before that I have been in the drive thru for 25+ minutes. The staff is always pleasant and friendly but I won’t, and typically can’t, wait that long for a cup
of coffee. I understand Starbucks is a busy place and can empathize with the demands of the industry but there haven been no improvements in service and will no longer give my business to a location that doesn’t seem to value customer service.

This location is ok. I went through the drive through. They were a bit busy but no big deal. I waited about five minutes. I stoped off to get some coffee for myself and my friend before work. Employes were friendly. Its in a small shopping area so the drive through is a bit funky …

Service is worth the wait. Savannah makes my Grande Hot Americano with 5 pumps of Toffee Nut syrup and extra steamed creame with love. Always perfect. Luis is friendly, nice and always welcoming! They are a great team whether drive thru or inside, they make an effort to remember names and once they got it down, they’ll call you on a first name basis. Service is good and drinks are consistent and tasty! Thanks S Bux crew!

i always come to this shop because it is down the street from work.
i normally order a hot venti iced caramel macchiato and a grilled cheese sandwich or cheese bagel.
however for the last two days they have been off on my macchiato’s pretty disappointed given that the line is soooo long and still i wait with the expectation of receiveing the best cup of coffee to get my morning started.

I love the coffee but the service is a hit or miss. And it’s the closest one to home.

Worse experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Drive thru was packed so I came inside and it took us at least 15 minutes to get our coffee. They then served me my hot coffee without a sleeve and before I noticed, I burned my hand. When I asked for a sleeve the large woman with the red lipstick grabbed a handful of sleeves and threw them in front of us. This is not the usual pleasant experience I get from a Starbucks so this leaves me very disappointed.

Worse starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive thru took over 15 min and to top it of they even got my order wrong. Coffee was still horrible. Strongly reconsider the staff makes me not wanna go back.

Worst Starbucks ever. They do not know how to make any drinks. I mean any drinks. Ordered a tea and it tasted like cough syrup and the iced drinks were melted when I got them so it was melted down. Don’t go here!!!

Slowest Starbucks Ever! Expect a wait of at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. I’ve been to this drive thru 2 other times and same. 3 strikes you’re out, won’t be back.

The fat lady who did drive threw with the red lip stick and butterflies tatted on her neck has the worse customer service ever! She was really rude with us and when I asked her a question she gave me a attitude. I will never go back to that location.

This Starbucks is very slow, they took like 15 minutes to give us our drinks and they still mess up the order!

As always Starbucks is a great place to get some work done while away from my office. Not too crowded today coffee was wonderful and was able to plug-​in it some work done without a lot of interruptions patio area was great for making phone calls

Second time coming here. The drive thru line was ridiculous so I parked and went inside.
Store looked nice and clean, soft music was playing, and everything looked organized. There was no one ahead of me and I had to wait about a minute or two before being serviced. I order my drink and the barista writing down my order took half the time talking to the other baristas before finishing ringing me up. I waited about five minutes before noticing my drink was sitting at the bar. The barista did not tell my name nor yell out my drink.
Drink overall was not spectacular. This Starbucks is mediocre at best.

Dirtiest Starbucks in the IE. Fast baristas and fast drive-​thru but inside is always dirty. Tables always sticky and floor always messy.

This is one of the worst and dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to and the wi-​fi is so slow, I will never come here again.

Messy and the restroom stinks up to the heavens.
Its cold today but its colder inside this freakin place. I think the baristas prefer it this way because they constantly move and they give no shit if customers are shivering. I can’t believe starbucks lets this place operate like this.
Don’t come here. There’s a better starbucks around… Just not here.

I have to say this location has the longest drive thru wait. Stuck between cars and wait going on 18 minutes.
Need to find another location. :-(

I love Starbucks but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. To start off, the place looked as if a bomb went off in there. The cleanliness was horrible considering it was a Starbucks. I was scared to even touch the handle on the door to go inside, as there were dirt and fingerprints all over the glass doors. It looked as if the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped all week and all of the inside trash cans were overflowing. I almost wanted to call the department of health that it was so bad. Grade «F!» Next, there was a transient just kickin’ it on the couch and he didn’t even order anything. I know I will never want to sit on that smelly couch after him.
So besides the trash all over the floor and it being a «hangout» for the «eye-​sores» of Fontana, they lacked in there stock of food and beverages. Their little refrigerator on display was very disorganized for having the three beverages that they did have. They barely had any food items. It was the morning so its not like this Starbucks sold out all of their products that quick, especially considering the clientele. I guess the only positive thing from this Starbucks were the employees were still kind. I would substitute a little kindness though for some cleanliness and professional hygiene. I’ll be going to the other local Starbucks for now.
