Service was good but. As I was getting ketchup(left side), I place the mini to go container under the tube(where the ketchup comes out, like normally) and when I pushed down, the ketchup went everywhere besides the container and I mean everywhere! It sprayed all over my jacket, the counter, and my hands. I wiped down, took off my jacket, and sat down, didn’t even feel like telling anyone. Food: Spicy chicken sandwich was good but the fries were extremely salty. I went to the bathroom when I was done and as I was pulling out the toilet paper, the entire toilet paper roll holder(?) came right off. 3 for 3. I’ll just stick to the drive thru.

I want to give a 5 star to Jenny! I work at nearby Kaiser Hospital & sometimes head to Wendy’s for lunch. She is always cheerful even when busy. Jenny remembers my name even though much time has passed since my last salad there :) and she’ll ask how I’m doing. I have heard her treat other customers w/such personableness. I appreciate good customer service and want Jenny to be acknowledged for hers! :) If I were her manager, I’d give her a raise!

It seems that this place doesn’t have a clue. Please get your help some very needed sanitation skills as well as knowledgeable staff, I asked about a new item that was on the menu and the cashier just looked at me deer in the headlights look and said I don’t know and I said well does somebody here know the answer. And my question was simple I just wanted to know what was in the ghost pepper sauce that they put on their fries. The morning shift employees are much nicer and more knowledgeable, but if you go in the evening it’s drama and takes forever

Came in for frosty’s. Left with happiness. Located only a walking distance away from the hospital. You can never go wrong with a small frosty. Whether it is choclate or vanilla. You also get an employee discount by showing your Kaiser badge. Hooray for 10% off already inexpensive frosty’s! A broke college sudents dream come true.

Love this location. It does get busy and lunch time, but they have never gotten my order wrong or anything. Great customer service. Also«Mario» that works here is excellent. I love him! I know he works the drive through because he is always the one to take my order& give me my food. He is so friendly. He should work the front too, I’m not sure if he does though.

I am giving this place 5 stars based on my experience last night. Mario(don’t know his last name) was working the drive through window, and he was so pleasant, answered questions for us, and was truly a pleasing individual. When we asked«are the pretzel buns hard or soft» his answer was«our pretzel buns are soft and chewy»…this is just one example of his pleasant attitude. He truly was a breath of fresh air. And, the pretzel bun was soft and chewy! It was really good! Just wanted to give a shout out to Mario for his customer service, as so many workers in the fast food industry get a bad rap, thumbs up to Mario for his customer service!

I bought some frosty today and by the time I drove to Kaiser hospital and by the time i park my car they were all melted. I try to go back to tell the worker but they would not give me new ones

You might get sick! Yesterday took the cake for me! It has happened in the past. I work at the hospital and wash my hands before and after patient contact. Wendy’s near the hospital off Valley blvd accepts dirty cups from patrons for refills. The dispenser is behind the cash register. A mom with children wiping snotty noses at a table takes her cup for a refill. The clerk takes a dirty cup and touches the rim with the ice scoop dropping ice in to the ice chest that spills around the rim of the dirty cup. Then she over fills the cup and as it spills over(into the ice machine full of ice) she proceeds to wipe the excess with her finger below the rim of the cup to catch the drippings of soda! Ugh Then she handles my salad places it in a bag and hands it to me. It grossed me out!!! I like Wendys but this is crazy!!!

Chicken nuggets. And chili. That’s all I come here for. I don’t care for Frosty’s, SORRYYO. Service is always prompt when I go through the drive-thru. They have regular and spicy chicken nuggets of course, and $ 1 salads. Don’t waste your times on the wings, they’re deep fried chicken bits that get a coating of gooey sauce 4 minutes after you place your order. Ok for fast food!
