On Call Communications

This company ruined my business’ reputation. I needed internet for a live event to stream video. Their equipment failed and they eventually admitted it. I was only and hour away from their headquarters and they did not deploy a new system, instead they brought a single part that they thought was broken. It did not fix the problem and the event which had over $ 200k invested, was a complete loss. I struggled for months to even get the cost of the dish reimbursed, which initially was denied. At first they tried to tell all the parties involved with the event that it was in fact my fault, completely blaming my equipment. I proved them wrong and they paid us back for the satellite rental cost, but the event has not happened since and I was caught in a law suit because of their lack of action.
I would strongly urge you to seek a different satellite provider. They can not be trusted as a guarantee connectivity provider and they clearly did not take responsibility for their equipments failure.
