Starline Nails

It’s so hard to find someone who can shape my eyebrows. I love Kim here at Starline Nails. She does an awesome job with my eyebrows.

Horrible job! I had an hour and a half before I needed to go to work and they couldn’t get my nails done in time. My nails look like my 10 year old brother did them. Awful. Not what I said I wanted AT ALL! And they charged $ 70 for a full set and pedicure. Ridiculous. Stay away they’re rude and they suck. Now I get to pay again to get them done at a place that actually knows how to do nails.

Very happy. I gave this place a try after a bad experience in a different nail salon. I am very pleased. Tea did a beautiful job. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and comfortable and the price of a gel manicure was reasonable. I like to vote with my dollars and this place will get my business again.

I believe this nail salon is under new management because they are very reasonably priced now and I have never heard of any of the people referenced in the other reviews. They are very sweet and do a great job.

3 Stars for Tina. She is the only one I’ll let touch my eyebrows for a wax and she does a nice job on my mani. I’ve had my brows waxed by others at this spot and had to come back in the next day to have them fixed by Tina. You’re in and out and they don’t pressure you with upselling tactics. They don’t have a diverse nail color selection so you won’t find a ton of options unless you are in to reds. Most of the ladies here are nice. The one time I’ve been here and it started to get a little busy, they called in back up from the nail shop next door which is under the same ownership. Overall, this is not a highly recommeded place that you’ll absolutely love, but for a decent and quick mani and pedi, and for a brow wax with Tina, it’s worth a try.

Terrible ! I will never go back, the pedicurist coughed all over me and did not bother to put on a mask, dirty dirty dirty, I felt irritated and wanted to throw up after going there

Skip the facial with Ann. She is absolutely the worst… unorganized and seems very inexperienced. I will never go to her for a facial again.

This place is dirty and over priced. My nails chipped after one day! (cheap nail polish). The nail tech did a horrible job and there were bubbles in the nail polish application. My nails were nicked twice and bled. A monkey could have done a better job. The spa chair that I sat in was not cleaned after my use. Another customer sat there when I was done. Gross! I refused to pay for the horrible service and left with the owner screaming at me. The owner is rude and a waste of space. Nail Bar, where’s the alcohol???

The worst!!! Went for a manicure, pedicure and brow wax. The solution put on my feet to soften the callous made my feet burn and break out in a rash. (This never happened before at any other salons.) I also observed the gal giving me the pedicure wash the file she used to remove the dead skin from my feet in the foot soaking tub, carefully dry it off with a towel, put it back its plastic case and then put the «cleaned» file back in the storage bin with «clean» instruments to be used on the next client. Gross!
The brow wax hurt so bad I screamed. The gal acted like I was over reacting. When she finished, I asked for the mirror to see the job. Imagine my shock when I saw a large wound under my right brow. The bitch tore the skin off from under my right brow. Took 2 ½ weeks to heal.
I complained, but like most nail places, they don’t speak good English.
These guys should be shut down. I intend to report to the State Board of Cosmetology. They are so bad, I wonder about the validity of their license.
