Have been incredibly disappointed with this facility. My glasses took two months to get(when I was told 7 – 10 days). I paid a very large sum that I was quoted at the time of my appointment. Two weeks after getting my glasses, I’ve received an additional bill for«other charges.» I have no idea what these charges are, so I called the office(twice) for explanation. To date, no one has bothered calling me back. I’m never going here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Follow-up: Did receive a call(finally) and was told the additional charge was a mistake. I wonder if I had paid this charge, would I have ever been refunded??? Glad for the phone call, but still EXTREMELY disappointed with this facility.

The doctor and staff were all nice, but I was not expecting to pay so much for a simple exam and prescription. After the doctor finished my exam, I was told I had to pay $ 175 for a contact lens fitting, on top of the amount I paid for the exam, or else I would not be given a prescription for contacts. I was not told about this until after my exam. Overall I’m very disappointed in this office’s procedures and fees.
