I absolutely love this gym. Before joining this gym, I didn’t have complete knowledge about healthy and proper eating, I didn’t know my own strength or personal capabilities. Thanks to the Fitness Detective, I am now more aware of the eating choices I make, I have more self esteem, and I’m a healthier individual. Jannette is supportive, understanding and patient. She wants nothing but success for her clients. She’s simply the best gym owner and trainer ever!

Without a doubt, this place has the most passionate and caring fitness instructors I have come across. I got in great shape and met some really wonderful people. A hidden gem in an awesome neighborhood.
