If I could give this dump zero stars, I would. Awful customer service, long endless lines, one cashier for five million people. They really don’t know what they are doing and I can promise that I will never go into this hellhole again. They should have closed this jackass magnet and replaced it with a Target instead of the Barnes & Noble.

LOVE THE PRODUCTS! Customer service is great! I’m always greeted with smiling faces! It’s also in a very convenient location on Austin St. A must if you’re in Forest Hills!

this bath and body is amazing like the rest. it’s clean, and everyone is extremely friendly! this has to be my favorite bath and body to go to, and I never leave unhappy! :)

I love it! In the store, great service and friendly salespeople. All products ketut great smell. I was met with udible, held in all sections and helped to choose the goods. I came away with a great mood. I was given casely package and discount coupons! Thank you! Great job!

Lots of new summer scents all hawaiian themed and the candles looked so pretty. Had a coupon for free sample size so its a win for me

Staff are really nice and helpful. I haven’t been here much by the few times I have I can say that they have great customer service.

I must say, the customer service in this location has always been exceptional. I have the best customer service here. More than any high end department store, or small mom and pop business. My boyfriend has even made a comment about the employees. If we were to open a business, and look for people to hire, the first place we would run to is this location.
I came here to make an exchange. The staff is excellent at multi-​tasking, and eager to help without being completely on top of you. The cashiers seem happy to be there, and happy to help you find the best deals possible.
They seem to have a lot of sales.
I am not a huge fan of the brand because some of the manufacturing techniques. I am happy to see that a lot of their products do not test on animals!

Raving about my excellent customer service experience yesterday. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely pleasant, very helpful and just wonderful. She worked yesterday ¹⁰⁄₂₅ at around 2−3pm at the Forest Hills store. She was an older lady not a younger employee, she is roughly in her 50 – 60’s. I do not want to sound like I’m insulting her age but she is an older woman. She deserves an award for her excellent customer service.
Isn’t there any way I can fill out a survey? I didn’t find one located on my receipt. Anyway thank you so much, I will be returning to this location only from now on.

My friend and I came here to buy some hand sanitizers and candles and I just had to write a review about the great customer service! I am so upset I didn’t get her name however she was extremely helpful and showed us new products and gave us her suggestions. She was extremely helpful and the best part was she always had a smile on her face.

Semi annual sales are the only times you will catch me in any bath& body works. I was coming from the gym and saw the famous semi annual sale sign outside and stopped in. I picked up a few hand soaps and wall air freshners that I love. It’s usually crowded during these sales but I truly understand and tend to be more patient. The staff are always friendly and helpful but the best part is the deals you get during the sales. I didn’t even bother getting any lotion since I still have a bag full of them from previous sales.

Karis was an amazing help at this store. She was very courteous — but not the overbearing kind.
Give that girl a raise!

Great deals. Awesome scents (LOVE Sweet Pea!), and very friendly service. Their new Italian candle collection is fantastic. Specifically the Espresso Bar and the Limoncello.

I don’t normally shop on Austin Street, but I must say my experience in this Bath & Body Works location was the best compared to other stores in that area
Pros: A sales associate greeted me upon arrival and was very polite. She introduced me to the current promotions and was very knowledgeable and persuasive, not pushy at all.
Cons: None.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely shop there again.

I stopped in for some wall scents and I was pleasantly surprised with the new scents they had available. I stayed on target just buying those items but I did sample the hand scrub which was very nice. The store was very organized. There was no line at check out. The staff could have been a bit more friendly.

BBW, not to be confused with big beautiful women, you keep my apartment and hands and skin smelling girly.
But for the love of god, please stop discontinuing the good scents.

I finally settled on White Citrus for moi and Island Margarita for my apartment.
Discontinue these in the near future, and I’ll be forced to write a strongly … err mildly worded review update. –_–

Here’s the deal– I’m really a fan of Molton Brown hand soap and lotion. That said, I still shop around, sniffing and slathering if I suspect a product might be worthy.
I’m dismissive of most of the concoctions I come across, but the Vanilla products here are OK. They’re not Annick Goutal Vanille Exquise but they work well when I want to layer my fragrance.
Go, sniff around and ask questions– the staff here are helpful and enthusiastic. They’ll tell you all they know, so go from there.

The cashier was dancing to the music, he’s been working there for a few years.
Another employee was able to help me find what I was looking for.

This store, despite the sleek update of their formerly funky middle-​America Ohio gingham and lace image, gets my vote. They always had an excellent bath skin care line, and, unlike Body Shop, they tend to out-​cycle product lines and fragrances less frequently.
So, if I want, the same fragrance I used 5 years ago, chances are good it is still available today. Harry Slatkin is B&BW’s fragrance master.
It now seems their Slatkin & Co. candles are a good value. I was pointed in the direction of a few I like. When I asked a question, I was told by the (very professional) associate on the floor, to just wait until the holidays, and a scent just like the one you are asking for-​like a Vanilla Sugar Cookie-​is likely to appear then (but just FOR the holidays).
I have tried their hair care line over the years, but my hair needs the really big guns, so I can tell you it is no match for salon products; but then, neither is The Body Shop (anymore). But a smart Unilocaler knows when they can use a product that is not the main specialty of the store, and when it just doesn’t do the job.

Clean and organized store. Friendly and courteous staff. Found what I want, and then bought more (always happen when I go to Bath and Body Works).
The staff did their own thing and I had my own personal space to shop. I hate it when staff kept asking me if I need help every 2 minutes. They were helpful and friendly, just wasn’t annoying or dogging you like some ex you’re trying to get rid of.
