Elite Nails

The store changed owner very recently. The new owner Sheri is amazing! I booked an appointment with her last night and did not have to wait when I arrived a few mins early. The new store is clean and well organized. Sheri is very attentive to details and friendly and I loved my new pedicure! Definitely will come back again!

These are some generous reviews. My experience was not as pleasant. Salon is extremely dirty, unsanitary, and old. It was dead of winter and there were flies.
My mani was not so bad — but the rating for the sanitary issues.

Manicure/​pedicure fair at best. Dead skin floating in the pedicure water (before I even put my feet in). Light on the polish — one day and already chipping. Dirty, not pleasant too pricey for the services.

Just came in today for manicure & pedicure. First off, it is super expensive and i did not like the technician pushing every other extra service on me. However, i think this was one of the best pedicures i have ever had! The technician was very thorough. My feet feel fabulous and my nails look great. The salon is super clean. I will definitely come back but maybe as a once a month treat because of the prices.

I have been a customer of Elite Nails for a long time.
PROS: paired terrific technician who understood the look I was going for. I never feel rushed, appointments are easy, and the atmosphere is friendly. The pedicures good and the technician listens when you ask her what you want done
CONS: Not the most beautiful salon I’ve seen and it they could benefit from rotating some older colors out of their polish selections.
BOTTOM LINE: In my opinion, it’s the quality of the work and the way I’m treated that’s important. That’s why I keep coming back.

In general, I got a pretty good services although its a bit pricey compares to other nail salon in the same neighborhood. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Owner arranged for my services and seat. I got an underarm and lower half leg waxing, gel French manicure and reg pedi.
The waxing and pedi are great, I do have an issue with my manicurist. I do not know her name but she was the only Spanish speaking lady there. She is very nice to me but her skill is just not there. I told her I want certain width of my white strip for my French manicure. She tested on my pinkie and it was perfect, then she finished the rest of my right hand and I realized the rest of my fingers all have different width. I tried to tell her but she insisted I need to put my hand in the UV machine. So finally she allowed me to take out my hand and when I tried to explain to her that that’s not what I want, she insisted that I said it was OK. The other 4 fingers have pretty obvious different width so I insisted to add on additional width… man, what a mistake! Now my white strips are like covered ¹⁄₅ of my nails… Not just that, at the end, she did not fail to remind me that she thinks the narrow strips look much better.
This is my first time there and I’ve seen the incoming customer usually made appt with the other manicurists. I guess its only this specific manicurist, as such, I think I will try again with definitely with another manicurist!

They took me right away without an apppointment. I asked «Chris» for a standard gel/​powder fill-​in, she suggested a silk wrap fill-​in instead. I figured, «Eh, whatever, no problem» thinking it would be like 60 bucks. It was one of the best manicures, lasted 3 weeks! looked awesome and only cost me $ 35. Parking is a HUGE problem, I won’t go on a regular basis because of this… but I’d recommend them 100%

I’ve been coming here for waxing more often lately because it’s convenient but today I actually had a very nice experience from this girl who was very quick and gentle. And the best part was that she did not use a paper towel to wipe off my legs she actually used her hands to put the cream on. It was quite pleasant. I hope they all do that from now on.

I had a manicure here and I felt like they did a good job. The place seemed clean, they kept their tools in barbicide. From my experience and just looking around, it seems like they spend a little more time on the hand massage (and foot massage for pedicures) then some other places. It’s also relatively big for a nail salon, and they’re well staffed, so there’s not likely to be a wait.
