QUEENS VILLAGE, NY
During our search for a co-​op in Queens, my fiancé and I worked with a number of Real Estate Agents. Hak Bin Ahn was by far the most professional, responsive and knowledgable agent we worked with.
After our offer was accepted for our co-​op, Hak guided us every step of the way and answered any question we had. Being first-​time homeowners, this was essential. He even recommended our attorney and loan officer.
During the closing process he was very flexible in letting us see the apartment to take measurements and whatever else we needed to do. This saved us a lot of time by letting us order our furniture before the Closing Date.
I would highly recommend Hak to anyone in search of a new home.

I highly recommend Hak Bin as a real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable in the Forest Hills area, and was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. His advice was invaluable to me and I felt confident in every decision I made with his guidance.
Hak Bin coordinated the open house and in less than I week I had a buyer (and several offers) above asking price! Hak Bin had recommendations and advice for me every step of the way. As we all know, it’s stressful and painful navigating the process when you’re buying and selling. Hak Bin Ahn separated himself from everyone else I worked with. We looked around for awhile and when he found the right house for us, we both knew it. He really helped me stay patient and kept convincing me not to bid against myself. I could not have done it with out him.
