This is going to be a mixed review yet, I’m going to give this establishment 4 stars for Nina’s excellent massage. The entrance/rooms/ambience: The Spa is located at the basement but the stairs are visible from the street, you won’t miss it. It looks look pleasant from the outside but iffy once you get inside. From the front desk/reception area, you will right away find the Foot Spa section. Right outside the front desk/reception is a hallway with small individual rooms for massages. The massage tables are very comfortable and clean. Payment time: I arrived around 9:15 pm and before 9:30 pm and had an appointment for a 90-minute massage so I expected to finish at 11:00 pm. I finished at 10:25 pm and was still charged for a 90-minute massage which was $ 75. Thankfully, I had a $ 20 coupon. As I was about to pay, Nina tried my Amex 3 times and she was putting the wrong last 4 digit number incorrectly until the transaction wouldn’t go through. She kept saying«No money, no money.» She doesn’t speak that much English. Good thing I have cash. Also note that with regards to tips, Nina will tell you that for 1 hour, she gets $ 10, and for 90 minutes, she gets $ 15. So be ready for your tips. Nina’s massage: She’s excellent! I have a lot of concerns with my neck, back and wrist and she has reduced and relieved the pain in most of those. Neck arthritis and pinched nerve are my main concerns and she was very patient in removing the pain. I had injured my left wrist just recently and am in a lot of pain. I had asked Nina to massage it and when she first touched it, it was excruciating. However, as she was continuously massaging it, it started to feel light and less painful. She just made it feel better. Look for Nina, she’s really good!
