Nice store but what is with the line hidden behind the ailes I know because I made that mistake once Lol. I always witness confused patrons skipping everyone because they did not know that there was a line. The cashiers today did not come to a woman defense and said nothing. She got yelled at by many. She then walked all the way to back mad and ashamed that she did not see the hidden ailse. How about move the ailes back and make a larger front like in other stores.

I am not a fan of Rite Aid in general. But this particular site of Rite Aid appalled me senseless by the bizarre and outrageous standard or policy they seem to hold. Or the ambient that is giving way to the prison guard falsely stationed in their entrance/exit. Translates: you end up leaving here feeling as if you just visited a prison system. Or worse: you could be treated as a criminal(!?!) Too bad they stay open 24⁄7 with this low level management. I dropped by, looking to get bath products, wondering if I would need to go any bigger stores, given the likelihood of this store’s carrying the exact line or items was slim compared to bigger stores. If this store carried the exact brand that I wanted, I would have happily bought it. It turned out they didn’t. I quickly looked through the shelves and decided that I would move on. It was then the man in question – the menacing guy in the entrance/exit as other reviewers reported –I remembered this guy was hollering at me when I came inside, or would he, to every single one who stepped in, holler with gusto and menace? – stopped me. Thus his surprising interrogation began: why I did not purchase any item, what I had in mind when I came inside(?) ISTHISMANOUTOFHISMIND?)) If he could assist me to locate the exact item.(Well, can’t you see I have no time now that I have to run to other bigger better stores?) Would he detain me if I just walked out saying, ‘Mind your own business.‘ I’d say this man was stepping way overboard as far as what the regular store management would allow them to do. If this particular store’s policy, certainly unlike any other Rite Aid, allows this ‘suspicion base customer service,’ and every single person who stepped in had to be interrogated –or precisely, one was not allowed to step out without purchasing, and if anyone did, the person could be automatically assumed as if she/he were a thief(!?) – , then, I believe it would be more appropriate to have the rule stated somewhere up front so that their customers and their potential would know what to expect and decide to go further, or not. I wouldn’t have stepped in. Or should I have called them in advance to know if the exact item was handled in their store or not? As I mentioned in the beginning, I was never a fan of this chain store. Still, this lowly customer service surely drives customers away, and including myself. Too bad, Rite Aid. To train your employees and supervise your franchise to hold them up to par pays off and the very first step to succeed in the business rather than interrogating your customers in every single step they take. I wonder if they know by any chance that there are astronomical numbers of drugstores out there. With this quasi jailer rule –or ghetto rule – , they stand no chance in the fierce completion. Personally, I am 100% positive that I would have no business with this site for whatsoever forever. Who would want to be treated like a criminal when one is ready to spend money? Not me.

It’s a Rite Aid. It gets the job done and it’s one of the only pharmacies in the area, so +1 for that. The store itself is pretty clean, but it gives me the«rundown place» vibe. The lines are the absolute worst though. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that there’s only 1 cashier behind the cash register at a time… and that’s if you’re lucky. I’ve come here several times to find that there was no cashier available. The manager guy who stands by the exit glares at you pretty intensely. Like please, I’m not going to steal from a Rite Aid. You’re just making me very uncomfortable. But I haven’t seen him around lately, so maybe he’s gone for good? I don’t hate this place, but I’m not in love with it either. I’ll keep coming back here as long as it’s open just because it’s pretty convenient.

–The line here is absolutely DREADFUL. –There’s rarely two people working behind the counter. –there’s a guy by the exit that watches you like a hawk thinking that everyone who goes in there has intentions of stealing the whole store — the pharmacists are rude to the customers — you can wait up to an hour when it comes to picking up your meds

This is your typical Rite Aid pharmacy which is never crowded. However, the check out lines are real slow. The manager is always scoping you like about to steal something. It my neighborhood pharmacy so I will run in here when I need something but I prefer the one on Austin Street.

I came in here a few times to pick up some medication. Their service at the pharmacy counter is awfully slow. It’s a really convenient location especially in this part of Forest Hills and on 108th street. It’s just their customer service is really slow.

Ok, so here’s the deal. This is a Rite Aid– it has everything that a Rite Aid would/does sell. And as a chain store– can one thing or another be better? Yes. — — — – Pros — Really sweet cashiers. Cons — Long lines sometimes. — — — – Does it make this a terrible place? No. Once again– its just a Rite Aid.

There’s always a line at checkout. Usually there’s one cashier, two if you’re lucky. I won’t be using their pharmacy anymore though. The other day I was picking up some meds for my dad. I left the prescriptions at 1pm, & went to pick them up at 6:30pm. First I had to wait some time; no problem. Then a pharmacist stated an incorrect birthday. I corrected the statement but she repeated the incorrect date on her computer system. I then tried to show her and the other pharmacist the insurance card with the correct bday. They didn’t bother looking at it. I waited some more. She then repeated the bday again. I said no that’s not right and then tried to show the card once again. She didn’t say anything only kept checking her system. This went on. I then asked what was the problem? if they could not fill the prescription then to please give me back the doctor’s prescriptions so I could go elsewhere. The pharmacist then very rudely asked, «why are you getting mad, do you want the medication or not?» Her attitude inflamed me and so I replied, «of course I want them, but you’re making a big deal about a date. If you can’t help me I’ll go somewhere else because my father is sick he has pneumonia and was just in the hospital, he needs his medication!» To which she callously said, «oh everybody’s sick». Her attitude really angered me. I was so upset. I should have taken her name and asked to speak to the manager. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment. I won’t ever go back to this pharmacy again.
