Really Really Nice Staff, but question management style. Given this the store is ridiculously small, with only 5 tables that only sit 2 people each, with those twisting and turning lines do to space issues waiting to order and pick up is nuts. True it is not their fault. However, with those laptop uses almost at every table, taking up the whole table for literally hours, usually having just a grande coffee milking it for hours is uncalled for given the space. However, they are always polite when you ask them to move their laptops to just there side. I know Starbucks is that hipster, Yuppie, friendly kinda coffee shop, but seriously lots of people stand there wanting a seat, but feel uncomfortable asking them to shift over. The worst is when people do interviews for jobs there, have meetings there etc. With one tall coffee for 5, lol (but true) Let’s be realistic and have someone monitor this. If they were larger store no worries. There is an empty store right next to them, hmmm EXPAND maybe!

Well managed and pretty standard for a Starbucks, however the weekend staff are a little gruff.

They have the worst coffee here, very WEAK Where is my caffeine??? They have the weakest coffee here ever, coffee here does NOT taste like the rest of the Starbucks!!!
I always get tall always always, this time I need the little extra boost and I got grande for the first time ever, and didn’t even fill up my cup, never mind about didn’t fill up my cup it was barely a half cup see photos! Will definitely speak to the manager about it!

My go to starbucks right before the gym! Great staff and manager! Drinks are always on point. Clean and friendly environment!

The staff here is super awesome! I always get my drink, a venti cappuccino with a extra shot and caramel, and they nail it every time. No matter who makes it, it’s a real pleasure having this store in the community making a difference in my morning every day on my way to work! And the new food they sampled the other day was fantastic too :)

Small space, always busy, gets the job done right. Frequent customer here, with no general complaints about this place other then that its always busy. I suppose that’s a good thing.

Ordered the pumpkin spiced latte and got sick shortly after consuming. I figured it’s maybe something I ate because I’ve had their pumpkin spiced latte last year a few times a week and I never got sick. Following week I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was laid out sick for the rest of the day. I hate writing reviews like this. Especially because the staff all seem friendly. But I guess I shouldn’t let their friendly demeanor mask a serious problem they have in the store and behind their counter. A few people I know who frequent this same location have told me they have gotten sick from either the same coffee or a different order. So I’ve avoided this very convenient Starbucks and I frequent the Dunkin Donuts a block away.

This is one of my local Starbucks that I don’t frequent as much as others in my neighborhood that are closer. However, when I do come to get my quick drink I never have to wait a long time. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I remember the first time I wanted to try their chai tea and didn’t realize there were two different teas (Oprah and non Oprah, LOL) to choose from. The barista, Jeffrey gave me a complimentary spiced chai to try and it was yummy. Of course I went back and tried the regular which was ok but now I love the spiced. I see a lot of people take advantage of the few seats they have in the small store because there’s always people reading, with their gadgets or just chilling. The train station and/​or public bus is just a few steps away.

Great service, always know how to make a great caramel macchiato lol. Quick service. Can’t ask for more !

This Starbucks has become a regular study place. Now that they have a security guard in front of the Law library at SJU, this is the next best thing for a change of scenery. Besides studying at home gets distracting. Always friendly barista’s. Coffee’s great, and I usually find a seat or two. Not to mention it’s a good size, the bathroom is usually clean and they heat the place well during winter. Drink up, coffee lovers.

It’s not crazy busy which is great. However, super slooooow to get a breakfast sandwich and there were only two people in front of me. They forgot… Coffee was quick but it’s iced coffee from a spout… Not difficult. Neither Starbucks in Forest Hills are good, but what are you gonna do?

There’s many flavors to coffee. But those of us that know there’s only 1 Starbucks. Yes it’s over priced & we know it & we don’t mind. I guess it’s just having a cup of coffee made just the way you like it which makes Starbucks coffee a bit more special. There’s also the convenience factor that you should take into the picture like over 5 trillion locations, so you can have your coffee wherever & whenever just the way you like it. So go ahead & give it a taste.

The morning staff is unfriendly and rude. No good morning or hello. Just, «WHAT ARE YOU HAVING!?» Then when my drink was ready it was just left there. They didn’t call the drink or my name. Very unprofessional. With that being said my drinks were great.

The one important factor that separates one SBUX location from another is service, and it’s really lacking at this place.
Never a smile, always a bad attitude. The cashier unprofessionally takes 3 orders at once, making me wait forever just to get a small regular coffee while she’s writing down 7-​ingredient drinks for two people behind me.
Always seem short staffed and not able to handle a line of 5 people.

This Starbucks is nice. It’s very small, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
I had a meeting here with a perspective employer. It was a great place to meet. The one bad thing about this Starbucks location are the lack of power outlets. There were several people working from here and fighting over power outlets.

I don’t have a problem with the coffee here… But this location really is the most poorly structured Starbucks I’ve ever been too.
The counter area has little to no space for a line, so the line is usually a confused cluster. More often than not, there are 2 people behind the cashier taking orders while only 1 person is making drinks. The milk/​sugar station is always dirty with spilled coffee and milk everywhere. Luckily I drink my coffee black and don’t go to the station… But it’s still off putting.
Definitely not my fave, but being the only coffee shop within the 5-​block radius, it’ll do. There’s DD but I will never touch that water downed coffee.

Not I am not exaggerating.
The best feature of this Starbucks might very well be their mini outdoor patio with seating.
Of course, when your view and smell is that of the very congested and busy 4 lane road of Queens Boulevard it really isn’t a bonus.
In fact, you might want to hold on to you lattes tightly in case a runaway car skips a lane or 2.
It gets dangerous on this boulevard.
No kidding.
And I’m normally on the go as it is so what I should have done was check the bag before I left the place.
My drinks was fine but I ordered a Pumpkin bread and I got a chocolate marble loaf.
No, it was not busy in here.
Just SLOOOOWWWWW.

Soooo slow. I forget it’s possible to move that slowly until I spend 15 minutes waiting for a plain, old iced coffee.
I think the workers should start sampling the goods. Maybe it’ll help perk them up.
