true quality collision

A deer and a truck hit a Prius. Ours. On opposite ends of the vehicle (guess which end the deer hit…). We looked for body shops on Unilocal Cincy, and came up with a couple, but they just weren’t quite right for us, mostly for location. We read a good Unilocal review on another True Quality and found they have quite a few shops around Greater Cincy, and in general the reviews were all excellent.
Our Unilocaling has paid off again, as these guys were great to deal with: car was in shop for one week only; the insurance companies involved seemed at ease with this repair shop; and the staff kept us apprised when I called in for updates. On-​time repairs, very good fit and finish to our Toyota, and it now looks like a factory finish (black). Icing on the cake: they actually explained what was done in every detail.
Combined with a lifetime guarantee on the repairs from GEICO, through this body shop, plus good impressions of the people (i.e., they seem to care about customer service), and solid communications from the staff (especially Elizabeth running phones and front-​of-​house), I recommend this shop highly.
