Worst Walmart in the entire galaxy. Rude, lazy, and combative cashiers. Shelves are never stocked. Employees can always be found huddled around each other in an aisle hidden just talking instead of working. Management doesn’t seem to care about any of this. Carts are all over the parking lot, cart corals are overflowing with carts, and parking lot is filthy with trash blowing all over. Many times I go through a line and the employee has their phone playing inappropriate music from their cell phone which is sitting on the counter and they’re singing right along with the lyrics while another cashier is dancing. To get three people through line it takes an average of about 7 – 10 min per person. Horrrrrible place to shop.

Today was a first in the many years that I’ve shopped here at the FP location. The cashier that checked me out today was the most pleasant, kindest, and nicest Wal Mart employee I’ve ever encountered. Her name was Helen. I wish the rest of the Wal Mart cashiers took a page out of Helen’s book. It would make shopping there so much better.

Many black shoppers here carelessly use foul language just walking by them in this store which just makes a person want to puke. Methinks those area blacks that use Kanye West as their role model. Selection is very very good but restocking is a problem. To be fair all Walmarts I’ve shopped at had restocking issues. Cleanliness is ok but seems dingy and unkept at times. Employees are decent at the check out but the workers restocking at night act sometimes like they’re having a party in the isles which is annoying when your trying to pick out a item with them goofing around in the way. So over all, most of the workers are decent but the quality of people shopping there really ruin and give the shopping experience at this store here a black eye.

This is probably the most disgusting store I’ve ever stepped foot in. Extremely dirty, merchandise strewn everywhere, no service, empty shelves… I could just go on and on. Whoever is in charge of this store should be ashamed of themselves! Seriously, if you work here you are an epic fail! What really pissed me off was the fact that I had placed an online order to pick up at this store. I get there and about 30 minutes after its supposed to be ready and I get a text from Walmart canceling my order. Never talked to an employee as there were none to be found.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I was on my way home from work and decided to shop for a few items since it was on my way. Big mistake. It’s nearly impossible to find an employee to receive help. And if you’re lucky enough to find someone, they’ll send you to the wrong location or they’ll stare at you like you have 2 heads. Terrible customer service. There are a mix of customers that I encountered. You either get the polite, quiet customers or the extremely rude and obnoxious ones. There are far more of the latter. It seems like it’s a requirement to be angry and rude to shop Products are misplaced. It is extremely messy and dirty. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money here!

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Messy, overcrowded, poor organization. Seems like there is no manager or boss that is in charge or even cares. It complete chaos. Even during the day. It’s bad.

Typical Sam Walton’s store. Overly packed parking lots, with 30 handicap parks. Nonchalant employees. Disrespectful customers. Cluttered aisles. Cheap prices. THEPLACEWELOVETOSHOP!!! It’s not great, but it’s not horrible either.

This review is the vision center within Walmart. Aside from Alexander, other workers in this department have proven to be very rude and lacking of basic customer service skills. I will never purchase from them again if I can help it.

DONOTSHOPHERE! This has to be the worst place in the world to shop. On my last visit I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever met, and her name is Marilyn. Marilyn is a customer service manager, and really needs some training in how to treat customers. I have never received such poor, horrible service from any other Wal mart. This store is always filthy and disorganized. Shelves are never full, and clothing is usually on the floor. Employees rarely stop to pick up items that are on the floor, and are only concerned with chit chatting with each other. I needed to update my tax exempt information, and the customer service department didn’t know how to do that. Tried explaining to them numerous times what I needed, but they still could not comprehend it. I asked to speak to a manager about this, after waiting for 15 minutes, and still no manager, I was directed to a woman named Shonda. Shonda had no clue on how to help me either. All she could say was I needed to go to and print off something. I tried explaining to her that was not our type of tax exempt, in one ear and out the other. About a week later, I was in East Peoria, Illinois, and I took the same paperwork with my tax exempt, and they had no problem taking care of me. I find it hard to believe that this is the type of service that Sam Walton had envisioned. I wonder what people in the corporate office would say if they were to check this store out.

I really wish I could give this hell hole no stars! Whoever the manager is should be fired! This place is horrible, the employees suck and don’t give a dam! They refuse to help you with anything, if you ask a question they get an attitude! The customer service line is always extremely long due to lack of help! Very sad that folks who spend their money are treated like this!

A little crazy – okay, a whole lot crazy – in there. Lines were long, but the wait wasn’t too bad. The employee that checked me out didn’t look at me or say anything to me, but I understand that their job is probably awful. It IS a Wal-Mart, after all… What do you expect? :)

This is the worst Walmart ever in life. Very messy. Stock is not replenished in a timely manner and therefore it’s not a one stop shop as it should be. The store manager Tonia isn’t helpful and if you have a complaint it’s not addressed. I’ve used site to store and got home and noticed I received the wrong item. It was really a hassle. Picking up, calling to see if my item was there. Returning to the store and telling the story all over again and finally getting what I originally ordered. When shipping here, you must check behind the worker and make sure you’re getting what you paid for… literally.

Well I have had many good experiences here. The lines tend to be a little long but in the last 6 months or so I have noticed more Walmart Employees on the sales floor making it look nice and organized. So I went to the Auto Tire portion to buy 2 new tires(they did have the best price) and there were many employees in this area too. There was a nice lady that checked to ensure that they had my tire size. Then she sent me outside to have one of the techs check me in. There was some confusion as to which employee would do it finally it was done and I was told about 45 minutes to complete. Well then about 20 minutes later he tells me its going to be 2 to 2 ½ hours. I say that sucks but OK. If you had told me that to begin with I would have gone somewhere else. So I return in about 2 hours to check on the progress and they have not started on my vehicle. The manager asks me why didn’t I respond to the page because the tech had a question about me car. I say I did respond and was told that it would be 2 to 2 ½ hours. However, now I have returned and my vehicle has not even been started and all the tech just went to lunch so it will be an hour before they start. HORRIBLESERVICE. I wait because my tire has a slow leak and I am afraid I will get a flat. The Tech comes back and installs the tires. The total wait time 4 ½ hours. The next day I am driving on the highway and when I get to 65 which doesn’t happen until after rush hour I feel the steering wheel shaking. Damn the tires are not balanced appropriately and I will have to go back there to get it corrected. The auto manager was nice enough but that doesn’t make up for the service and I am dreading having to go back.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame since I live across the street. It’s apparently even recently built which boggles my mind since they have attempted to put a Supercenter into what is seems to be the size of an old regular Walmart. The selection is very limited. The small space means they fill the aisles with useless promos and force patrons to fight their way through a sea of carts and children running amok. Never have I hated a Walmart more than this one. And that bar is pretty high.

Shopping here always poses an ethical dliema for me, as this store chain is particularly exploitive to their employees. It’s unfair that we taxpayers should subsidize Medicare and food stamp benefits for their minimum wage, part-time(no benefits) labor force. But I gotta admit, the prices are hard to beat. I hate myself for it. But money is tight these days. So I hold my nose and shop here from time to time. This particular Wal Mart gets two stars(instead of just one like mos Wal Marts deserve) because it is very clean, modern, and large. The clothing selections are mostly for overweight people(as you might expect), but the selection of this and everything else at this store is quite good.
