Dr Tarrant and the staff were very patient with my 9yr old. Dr. answered all questions and didn’t feel rushed. Child needed bifocals and the office had a great deal that saved me over $ 500. The office has sent several thank you notes since the appt and when she got her glasses that made her feel special. Great customer service.

Very bad experience and will never go back. Appointment was rushed and the doctor brushed off my questions. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive the prescription was wrong. They kept telling me to wear them and get used to them, but I knew from the minute I put them on something was really off. I paid to see another optometrist who told me the prescription was way off. I took the new prescription and the glasses back to ²⁰⁄₂₀ Sight in Forney and asked for a refund. The 100% guarantee that they offer is NOT a money back guarantee like most eyewear businesses. They would not refund my money and if I wanted to return them they charge a 40% cancellation fee. They did put the new lenses in the frames I bought from them. They did not refund the cost of the doctor visit even though the prescription was wrong and I had to pay again to get a right prescription. Very disappointed in the quality of the doctor and the service. Next time I will make sure to find a doctor and an optical store that offer a money back guarantee and stand behind their work.
