This is an AAFES franchise location. They consistently over the past couple of years rip off Military STAR card customers.
STAR card use entitles a customer to 10% off. Period. Move the decimal point over.
A recent order is an example of how they nickle and dime shortchange the customer.
12″ Tuna Sub, 30 oz Fountain Drink, Chips = $ 9.35.
Upon presentation of the STAR card for payment, a discount of 93.5 cents should be applied.
Actual price charged? $ 8.68. NOT 10%.
Most customers never notice, and this practice is deceitful and considering the ease of calculating 10%, just downright stupid. Despite multiple complaints over several years, AAFES shows no inclination of remedying this issue.
