Every now and then, I come across someone who gives me hope in humanity. Dr. Lynette Kline, and her associate, Melissa, are two such people. My wife and I were vacationing in Little River, CA when one of the lenses of my sunglasses popped out. As these are prescription lenses, and I need them to drive, it was essential that I have the glasses repaired. It was a Friday around noon time. The recommendations of strangers eventually led me to Fort Bragg, to the office of Dr. Kline. Although I am not one of her clients, I was greeted and treated as one. I explained my situation and, without hesitation, they took my glasses to the back and repaired them — at no cost! To say that I am grateful is almost an understatement. I was overwhelmed with the kindness, professionalism, and generosity of Dr. Kline and Melissa. Service like this needs to be recognized.
