This was a difficult location for me to get to and would recommend you make sure the location works for you as they are very strict about time. I was never informed about their attendance policy until I was told 3 misses and you are out for Forever! I never had an intake. I had called to let them know I was sick and they said thanks for calling with No Other information. The next 2 times I was late, my fault, but did let them know my status in traffic. Again I was Not informed of their attendance policy. When I arrived I was told I had these 3 strikes and could Never! come back. I felt the atmosphere in the clinic to be tense and strained. Melanie, with whom I spoke was borderline rude. I would not recommend this business.
