Love love urgent care. Its close and great hours. Always caring and understanding Dr’s and nurses and staff. The wait was not too long this time. Place was very clean. Dr came in and saw us quickly. Answered all my questions and more. And was a very pleasant experience. Been here for 13 yrs now! Love it!!!
They really do care. And it shows. Plus, the parking lot is clean! Love that too!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. My 5 month old daughter had a high fever and was very lethargic. The nurse on the phone we spoke with, the receptionists, the medical assistant, the nurses, the radiology tech, and the provider were EXCELLENT. They took it serious and treated us very well. I will recommend this office to anyone anytime. They were professional, genuine, and knew exactly what to do.

I just took my son here for leg pains. I wish I could remember everyone that helped us. In the 2 hours we were here, we received nothing short of spectacular care. I came here with 2 small children in tow. They never rushed us. They took everything we said seriously and treated us the best they could. When my 4 yr old had a meltdown in the X-​ray room by himself, a nice young man sat with my 2 yr old so I could settle my son down. The X-​ray tech, Doctor and nurses were all so nice and helpful.

I am a patient of Dr. James Kesler. I’m a pretty healthy guy but my stomach was killing me so j had to go in. Dr. Kesler was friendly, informative, and looked me in the eye and told me he promised we would figure out the problem and get better. Guess what, I did! I am now on a med and 100% better and more comfortable. This guy is super smart, humble, and makes my appointment times count. I recommend all my friends to him.

Van Farowe is a joke. I presented symptoms of an autoimmune disease and her «educated response» could have killed me. She left me untreated and failed to communicate to her nurse that i needed a blood draw. She tells me «Graves usually affects both eyes».
WRONG
They rushed me out of the office without even getting my blood so I took her inaction as a hint and went to seek better care.
I went to another urgent care, Concentra, where I requested blood work, and he did not refuse me like Van Farowe with her ignorant response.
Dr. at second Urgent Care ran the appropriate blood test to see I was CLEARLY hyperthyroid and needed to be treated by an endocrinologist, STAT.
Don’t go here if you are seriously ill, and don’t let a Dr. try to tell you you aren’t sick when they simply refuse to explore the possibilities. This woman should NOT be trusted.

Took my husband here when he threw out his lower back; the wait time wasn’t too bad for a Sunday afternoon (20−30min). The doc was knowledgable and straightforward with solutions, which included a physical therapy referral and lifestyle modifications. I have also gone here for regular appts and they are great!

I’ve been using this facility for primary care and urgent care for at least fifteen years. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, the doctors are knowledgeable, and they’ve always apologized when i’ve had to wait. I trust this facility and feel comfortable coming here.

Not feeling well at all, I needed an urgent care center to see me as quickly as possible. The Urgent Care center at Timberline and Harmony was overwhelmed — at least 2 hour wait. So I called around and found this urgent care center. Their wait was 15 minutes, so I had to do it.
On the good side, registration was straightforward, and the wait was quite short.
Once they took me back, that’s where I was a bit more disappointed. After bringing me back, it was clear that there is some age to the building. That’s not necessarily bad, but older buildings seem like they have poorer lighting. The aide took my vitals, and told me a doctor would be in to see me in 5 minutes. The statement was wrong for two reasons… First, it was more like 45 minutes, not 5. Grrrr! Second, rather than a doctor, a PA came in. Generally, I’m ok with just having a PA look at me, if they are confident in their diagnosis.
The PA accurately diagnosed me (appendicitis), but left me with no paperwork to take, since my next stop was an ER. When I got to the ER, and told them I was at an urgent care center, they were shocked they did not give me any documentation on their diagnosis, or anything. I’m no expert in the industry, but it seems like it makes sense to leave with some documentation of what just happened.
Bottom line… if I’m sick, I’m going to pray that my primary care doctor or Harmony Urgent Care Center has a reasonable wait time.
