Tasty sandwiches, fresh ingredients. Sometimes orders are incorrect and prices are a bit high. We usually pay about 20 dollars with a tip for 2 sandwiches. Overall, some of the best sandwiches in FC.

This is why I hate living in a college town sometimes; places like Cheba Hut get 4 stars. How in the world does this stoner jockin chain get 4 freaking stars??? Because 18 – 22 year olds have lower standards than their public school’s standardized testing

I’ll start by saying: I’m not a fan of stoner culture. But I know that by coming to Cheba Hut, I will be immersing myself in it and I need to tolerate it. OK, from a non-stoned palate — the sandwiches are the best in town. It’s not even close. The bread is excellent, and the ingredients are fresh and abundant. I also have it on good authority that the goo-ball desserts are fantastic.

Toasted Subs?! Yes, please! Attention Service Industry people! On Tuesdays, there are deals for those in the industry so check it out; half off bar tabs! If you’re lucky, Clyde might be bartending. He’s chatty, entertaining and attentive. Food: I’m a fan of the Old School and Deli Classics, Five«O»(All the Pig) and The Bomb(Meatball) Drink: Great variety of local drafts and mixers Thanks for the hospitality and great service, Clyde!

Best freaking sammiches I have EVER had. I love to come here and eat. I love the crusty crunchy bread. The atmosphere is great, and the music is a great mix. I have been here tons 9f times and never had a bad experience.

I had to bring down my 3 star rating to 2. I attempted to redeem my free sandwich today via delivery. The man who answered the phone was pleasant. He looked up my number in the system and confirmed I had the free sandwich. I ordered, and he told me that there is a $ 15 minimum for delivery and I had to order more items. He said I can pick up my order from the store since I wasn’t willing to spend $ 15 just to redeem my free sandwich. My car was out of commission. I told him to forget it. Cheba, you’re food is great and you’re staff is friendly. But your policies and ordering systems absolutely suck.

The food is great here. But if you’re hungry, don’t order delivery. Takes way too long, just go pick it up.

Great menu and the laurel location is great 5/5, but the Taft hill location can never get orders right. I no longer go to this location because they ALWAYS forget my avocado, sometimes add other random ingredients I didn’t order and have even made the entire wrong sandwich for me before. One time, when I told the staff they forgot the avocado and to add some they got annoyed with me and snatched the sandwich out of my hands to remake. Although the menu is awesome the service here is just terrible. It shouldn’t be that hard to make sandwiches all day at a stoner sandwich shop and get them right. If you want cheba hut make sure you go to the laurel location where the service is at least at par.

We ordered 2 sandwiches. The delivery time was crazy so we decided to pick it up. My husband paid over the phone with his card. 15 minutes later they call is back to tell us that that payment did not go through and we had to pay cash. So when I went to pick it up I paid them cash. The next day we found that the card did get charges with the amount of the 2 sandwiches. My husband called to talk to the manager. He asked if we had a receipt otherwise he could not do anything. I am sorry but I don’t keep every small receipt that I get. So we called the bank and she was about to talk to the manager with my husband listening on the phone as A 3 party member. The Persian on the phone said he’d get the manager and they were waiting for 10 minutes until the bank and my husband decided to hang up. The bank got the money back but I don’t understand how you can run a business like that and not knowing what payments you got and which ones you did not get. Sandwiches were alright. A little dull in flavor and pretty dry. Too pricy for what you get you pay more for the name and for that they call a foot long a «blunt».

Great sandwiches, relaxed atmosphere and the addition of the bar makes this a great spot anytime.

Hankerin’ for a good old sandwich after a beautiful hike, we found Cheba Hut. It’s a good solid sandwich joint and I was satisfied with my lunch here. I had the Italian«La Canna» sandwich on wheat. You can pick your fix in’s and basically have them make it how you want it. Kinda like Subway? Service was fast and efficient. They also have a small patio area and serve some brews if you feel so inclined to take advantage.

Great food, nice atmosphere, very personable staff. The white widow is my favorite sandwich, but the kali most and Jamaican red come close. It’s more expensive than other sandwich places, but the quality and portions make it worth it

I really thought they did a great job with the remodel and the staff has upped their service to bringing out your food and helped us clear our table when we were finished eating. Not sure if that is the new normal but I appreciated their kind helpfulness. Keep up the good work and see you next time.
Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you– I have, in fact, given a little sandwich shop 5 stars. But really, this place is perfection. First of all, you can pick one of 3 sizes, not 2 like other sandwich shops, for your bread. I went with the ‘Nug’ which is the smallest at 4″ because I didn’t think I was that hungry. You can also get a ‘Pinner’ which is 8″ or a ‘Blunt’ which is 12″. Noticing a theme here?! You got it– all of the sandwiches are named after different types of weed. Hilarious. Next, you have a ton of amazing different combinations of meats, cheeses and veggies to choose from– combinations clearly dreamt up by someone under the influence of the good stuff. I went with the ‘Five O’ which has ham, salami, prosciutto, bacon, pepperoni & cheddar cheese. Seriously one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Despite my amazing sandwich, however, I found myself eyeing the ‘Sticky Icky’ my friend ordered. Even though it was just a PB& J, it was all toasted and melty and smelled so good I couldn’t help but think maybe I was experiencing a second-hand high. But no– the sandwiches are just really that good! If you stop by earlier than right before they are closing up for the night(like we did) it looks like they have a Cornhole game set up out front for your amusement. Next time we are in Ft. Collins, we will definitely stop by to play a game or two.

Fun place. Great food. Only eaten there once or twice, so can’t give a 5, but definitely check them out and write a fuller review than this one.

This place was super fun and creative in their food. I think the names of what you could order was the best part. Everyone there was nice and accommodating. It was clean and fast in preparing your food. The food itself was very reasonably priced and delicious. It has something for everyone and for every palate. I’d definitely go back if I’m ever in the area!

Does it get any better than this?! Delicious, gigantic sandwiches at a reasonable price, corn hole out front, New Belgium beer, great tunes, entertaining environment, TV and there’s even a Maxim to read in the bathroom! We went up to FoCo for the weekend and had to try this place! We heard that they built one downtown Denver, so now I have to go and try them all! As soon as you enter the Cheba Hut, you’ll figure out their theme, if the name itself isn’t obvious enough! Everything is based on marijuana, and oh so entertaining and cleaver! Cool posters on the walls and ceilings, a great montage of stickers all over the place, an outdoor patio in the front with corn hole as well as a courteous and super friendly staff! I tried 3 different sandwiches in 2 days! They come in three different sizes, 4″(nugget), 8″(pinner) and the almighty 12″(blunt). There is quite a variety of sandwiches and they all seemed unique and delicious in their own way! Here are the subs that I tried and loved: –Indica(which was an employees creation, not on the normal menu) awesome blend of meats and BBQ sauce, what a great combination! –Afgani: spicy turkey, japs and pepper jack! Yummy. –Train Wreck: Greekish, vegetarian and fresh as heck! Overall this place is great! Some people claim that the service is slow and it takes a bit longer to get your sandwich… if you’re not expecting to deal with stoners here, you’re in for a surprise, laid back, chill and super friendly. So if you’re in a hurry or an uptight A-hole, just go to Subway!
