Front Range Classical Ballet Academy

I started ballet on a lark in 2013 and I haven’t looked back since. Ixchel teaches methodically with great knowledge, patience, and love for her students young and old, new and pre-​professional.
I sometimes take class when I travel, and have visited two studios in the CA Bay Area and two studios in Hsinchu and Taipei, Taiwan. Even as a new and often self-​conscious dancer, I have felt confident in my training while traveling, further confirming Ixchel’s unparalleled teaching and attention to excellent technique and injury prevention. I enthusiastically recommend FRCBA to anyone who wants to start or get back into ballet.

This really is as good as it gets in Fort Collins for serious ballet training! My daughter been almost everywhere for trials and classes in this town, and Ixchel is the real deal! Ixchel is an incredible dancer, and she has years of knowledge and experience to share.
My daughter has grown so much as a dancer and I have relaxed knowing she is learning from the best in town!
She is challenged in a positive way, and has so much fun too! Ixchel has multiple class offerings throughout the week really allowing for a pre professional schedule. Many studios in town claim to have pre professional programs, but they don’t offer enough classes to really meet what a pre professional dancer needs.
My daughter has the opportunity to dance almost every day of the week. She loves class so much, she is upset to ever have to miss a class!
Ixchel also offers multiple opportunities to perform, and learn new ballet pieces. I am very thrilled to have found such a great place for my daughter to learn!

I have taken classes from Ixchel at Front Range Ballet since 2010. It has the best technique and teaching around. It is a wonderful environment and she makes you feel very welcome to be there. She has helped me grow a ton as a dancer. I would recommend the Academy to anyone.
