Gulley Greenhouse

This a great resource for nursery products however, the temp staff need to be taught customer service. While making a purchase on sale, the clerk refused to honor the sale price even though the manager on staff clearly acknowledged the correct sales price. Sales training of seasonal help, especially young help, is a necessity.

I went to Gulley’s to request hanging baskets and planters be prepared for me for décor to be used at my home and for the wedding of my daughter. Rachel Wilkenson created beautiful baskets and planters. In fact they are so gorgeous that a friend saw them and wants to borrow them for her son’s wedding. Thank you for the beautiful work Rachel and thank you to Gulley’s for being more «go to nursery» for all of my gardening needs.

I try not to dole out 5-​star ratings often, but my Gulley’s experience was truly as good as it gets. Susan offered me fantastic customer service. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices were fair. The selection was broad.

Was looking for office plants and cat-​friendly home plants, and Susan was of great help. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Definitely recommend!

I went there today for the first time and had the best customer service. Mateo helped me and was very patient with the questions I asked and showed me how to prune my mini orange tree. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming back here for my gardening needs. Much different experience than what I had received the other day at fossil creek nursery. When I walked in no one offered to help me and their selection was poor for for what I was looking for. Two employees talked the entire time I was there and never acknowledged me. I just walked out. So fast forward three days and as soon as I walk in to Gulleys I am greeted right away and asked if I can be helped. Staff spent time with me helping me and never tired of my questions and get this… they even carried out my plants for me. That blew me away. I can’t think of any nursery in fort Collins that has ever offered to do that. That kind of service is what makes companies succeed. Fossil creek could learn a thing or two. Won’t go back there again.

Places like Gulley and the folks that work there are really inspiring. They enjoy what they do, they’re pretty darn good at it, and they don’t make me feel like a schmuck when I ask lots of «Well duh…» questions.
Gulley’s has a pretty nice spread of land and plenty of greenhouses to get everything they grow locally up and running. Lots of potted plants, veggies, fruits, and hanging whatnots to choose from left me a bit cross-​eyed. I deferred all purchasing decisions to The Mrs.
