This is one if three hotels on Fort Knox. The options are single queen rooms and suites with two fulls in this particular property. A warm breakfast is complementary and there are receptions with food on Wednesdays. There is a front desk receptionist but you check in at the Newgarden Inn. The rooms are among the biggest for on-post lodging, but they are a bit on the small side. They are very clean with comfortable beds and full maid service. The staff is very courteous, helpful and professional. There is also a convenience counter where you can purchase snacks or toiletries. There is free wifi, a business center and vending machines on site, as well as free laundry facilities. For the price you can’t beat it. I wish that king-size beds were available or that the suites had at least a queen size bed, but no place is perfect. Everything has been renovated or updated in 2014 – 15. There is no fitness center on this property, but it is walking distance to a base gym and there is a Chinese Restaurant next door.
